Yep. But if you want a peek into the mindset of pro Putin people and the propaganda they're being fed and why they believe it posters like that can be enlightening.
Note how their worldview is framed. Like all good propaganda(and a good lie), there is a large element of truth to it. The US in particular only tend to give a crap about resources like oil, while imposing their brand of 'democracy' while killing thousands with drone strikes, while using lies to do it(WMD in Iraq etc). And yep corporations have huge influence on US government policy. They've hollowed out US manufacturing by offshoring to places with cheap labour. And yep even here in Ireland we know that monied interests have large sway. And yep Africa was raped by Europeans and Arabs for centuries and now the Chinese have taken up that baton. And yep our gadgets and phones and clothes are often made by people on a bowl of rice a day and we largely choose to ignore this. So all of that stuff is at worst arguable, at best true. That's the Trojan horse.
Then they bring in the propaganda about NATO, how Russia is the victim, enemies are all around them and how Putin is doing what anyone else would do in his position, but unlike the West he's being honest about it. That you condemn us, but don't condemn the US actions.(this is a very common viewpoint among Russians).
The problem with their lie that they won't or can't acknowledge is they're free to say all that and we're free to respond with a different opinion and we have different opinions to choose from. That protests against the American oil wars were strong all the way from ordinary people to governments. That we couldn't have this type of conversation in mother Russia. Yes we both believe our own bullshít, the major difference being I'm allowed to believe a radically different version of bullshít and won't risk much by doing so.
