I think people walking around swastikas tattooed on various body parts would qualify. They're not exactly shy about it
The thing that scares me is that Putin and his gang of Oligarchs have de facto already lost everything. The sanctions are already imposed. Joking aside, Putin will probably end up before The Hague. And we would be fools to think that they give a damn for the Russian individuals. What does Putin personally have to lose? Because analysing his behaviour, that is all that seems to matter

On another note 14 cargo planes landed in I believe in Poland yesterday carrying weapons and supplies with are now being transferred across the Ukrainian border , that's some serious firepower

The oligarchs are a long way from losing everything. I in fact doubt it's possible they would even see a major drop in lifestyle outside of travel and ego boosting business deals.
Putin on the other hand is on his last legs. Hes either going to be killed by his own or shipped out for trial. Personally I'd prefer they dosed him with polonium and let him waste away slowly. A trial in the Hague and a cushy western jail cell is too good for this cretin.
Was that link above the complete speech from Putin? Translator seemed to be struggling at times. Interesting how he opened with the foreign students at the border, claiming they were being held hostage and that they're being told to cross the country, through conflict zones. That story was clearly designed to generate outrage among Chinese and Indian audiences. (He didn't mention the African students and their experiences, funnily enough, but mentioned the Indians and Chinese several times. Odd behavior for a humanitarian 🙄) He wasn't talking to 'the West' at all.
This is why I bring stuff up like the issues at the border, or the Czech proposal to imprison those that express support for Putin. It's not to say 'Oh look we are awful too.' Nor is it whataboutery. Nor is it virtue signaling. Besides the fact that high standards are good and right in themselves, it's to not to give Putin's propaganda machine easy scores.
Yes, Putin will lie and exaggerate and do all sorts anyway, but those issues at the border were real.. the UN were talking about it, the African Union was talking about it. Now Putin is able to twist it and use it cause outrage in India and China (whose students actually had it easy compared to the African students by all accounts).
We could have denied him that opportunity by not letting these things happen in the first place.

Particularly in the American 'alt-right' have they been very good at attacking the semantics of the word in order to try and seem less threatening. The fact is, I don't care about the exact semantics of the word - if someone's a bigoted, combative, arsehole who demonises others and is only interested in freedom of speech and democracy to the extent that they can use it to further their own ambitions of draconian rule, then I don't care if they fit the term exactly or not. If we can't agree on the term 'Nazi', maybe we could all agree on 'Hateful, bigoted, authoritarian, dictator-admiring c*nt with no business in polite civil society.'

I can see that argument. Also, he would be a martyr at the Hague in the eyes of many. And yet if we are to have justice there is a lot to be gained by having him answer for his crimes one by one and for however long it takes.
Putin will probably end up before The Hague.
I can't imagine one realistic scenario that would lead to this ever happening.

The man is listening to nobody at present. The only Russians that matter are in Russia and as long as they don't look like rising up Putin is safe. Even if it does occur it will take quite a while to happen. Every other Russian can just mouth off and potentially put their family members at home at risk.
I see Singapore, a major financial hub, has joined sanctions against Russia.
Some were pointing out that moves against Russia, such as companies refusing to do business with them, or removing them from sports events, weren't going to achieve much. En masse it certainly will have an impact on Russia and ordinary Russians, but crucially it's also about showing solidarity with Ukraine in any way possible.
Lol Ukrainian protesters in partially occupied Kherson "liberated" a Russian APC and van. The Russian boots on the ground can't even secure their own kit!
