We are on the third day of a full invasion of Ukraine, the invading soldiers can't hide behind the pretense of "we don't know what's going on" much longer.

Ukraine need to be accepted into the EU and more importantly NATO after this. Whatever technicalities are stopping it should be overcome. This cannot be allowed happen again. Hearing the likes of Paul Murphy and Brid Smith giving out about the expansion of NATO would leave you scratching your head. What planet are they on..??

I understand where you are coming from, no right thinking individual wants to see a fellow human being shredded in circumstances like these, but these are soldiers, and most likely Spetznaz, front line shock troops, and if so, these are not your ordinary conscripts. TBH, I'd be much more concerned about what these soldiers would do had they landed and and got in amongst the population.
No it was in articles several years ago when they were renovating the premises and it was noted that it was an unusually large Embassy campus for a country of Ireland's size.
It was muted then that it was an intelligence gathering station. It's well past time to deal with it.
