I've noticed that.
Everyone out protesting against the Iraq War (and rightly so), but deafeningly silent when the largest country in Europe gets invaded by Comrade Vlad.

I do, in fact It puts a big smile on my face and I did a little dance. On Monday I am going to send some money to Ukraine, sufficient to buy at least 500 rounds of 7.62x39mm with the hope they kill as many Russians as possible with them.
Did you forget to mention Trump?
March on Sunday from Arthur's Quay to Russian consul on Ennis Road.
Would be great if loads of these things kept happening. All different countries doing loads of gorilla stuff that’s not enough to cause war but disrupts Russia.
Like Mick Wallace and his band of muppet MEP comrades, PBP (see Brid Smith yesterday) are still blaming NATO for an unprovoked Russian invasion of Ukraine. It's our own fault for electing such looney tune politicians tbh.
President zelenskyy talking Ukraine joining the European Union- that’ll really drive rat Putin mad.
We'll see. Protests planned for today: 1:00 PM Rathgar. 2:00 PM O'Connell street, Dublin. Confirmed.
👍Genuinely but pleasantly surprised the government are still in position. Thought it would be over by daylight this morning, at least in the center of Kyiv. They must be putting up a good fight.
The Ukrainian colour's should be flown from every house and building in Ireland and across Europe.
Will there be many people from other Countries heading to Ukraine to fight with them?
Was wondering the same- where would you get a Ukrainian flag?
I’d say you’d be surprised, yes. Definitely from Poland
Both. Anything but being ruled by the likes of Putin.
Looks like the Next Wave of Russian invading forces will use Thermobaric Rocket launch platforms.

Kiev is going to look a little bit flatter.
I must say, fair play to journalists remaining in Ukraine to show us all what’s going on. One can be a cynic but it’s a relatively thankless job but it gives us proper , accurate information that we would otherwise not get.
Was looking for car flags in Ireland and online they are sold everywhere I looked, will put a few on if I can get hold of them.
anybody know anywhere to buy them?
I'm glad Ukraine are putting up a serious fight and hearing about those planes indeed struck me as a very good thing, because the more casualties mount the more likely it Putin comes under pressure to break off this senseless war.
Continued Russian losses is a good thing in that context and hopefully Ukraine will continue to fight effectively for their homes and freedom.
However saying Russian mass casualties puts a big smile on your face and has you dancing around your kitchen in joy is kinda sick. They aren't cartoon villians or comic book Nazi's, they're real soldiers, real people, with families and loved ones, and many of whom do not support this war.
The only "evil" here is Putin.
I can’t see Ukraine holding out much longer if the Russians send in more troops and heavy artillery.
If that nutter uses weapons like those on civilian areas the death toll will be massive. Hiding underground won't protect you. They'll be a lot of dead woman and children and the Russian population will hear about it. It will hasten the demise of his presidency.
It’s flying above cork city hall with the Irish tricolour.
The Ukrainians are defiant from what I can see. Can’t see them just rolling over. They will fight til the death from anything I’ve seen
I know it's not horizontal like the Ukraine one but if you could get your hands on a Clare flag, it would do.
A Tipperary flag would do the job at a pinch, indeed one of my Local GAA clubs is Blue and Yellow.
Ship was reportedly carrying cars
Just watching the scenes from Russia and Georgia. It seems the people aren’t in lockstep with putin and his allies.
As a Kilkenny man I just couldn’t do it lol
You gotta love the Ukrainians sense of humour in the face of adversity.
Well you'd hope so
