There is that depression on the rear, but it's only really noticeable when it's spotless and the light hits it from a certain angle.
heres the rear and it’s very hard to see the depression…
Back in the Game, different VIN in Source after a three week absence. Old VIN 502XXX, new VIN 474XXX.
I'd say you're in great nick so. My NC497 is waiting to get into the port at Zeebruges.
Yeah, looks good, where did you get vinyl plates and how are they holding up to dirt /washing etc?
Eireplates.
holding up fairly well in fairness, rear is just barely starting to peel a little bit, but I don’t mint as I have a brand new set ready to go whenever I need them, or if I get a wrap!
Presumably you mean it's on SFL Composer then, how do you know that? I have a 496 VIN so interested in any info...
The sales guy in Sandyford told me I was on SLF Composer. He thinks cars on that boat will be split across March deliveries. The ones nearer the ramp could get in the second week of March, the ones at the back will likely be end of the month.
Indications from the tesla motor club forum are that MALACCA HIGHWAY could be a ship that brings Teslas from Zeebruges to Ireland. Without knowing **** all about logistics, it all kind of makes sense.
I just got a text for 2nd March delivery
See you there.. (I'm 12:30)
Nice one! I'm 10.30 and I"ll probably be early. Can't wait now
I like the look of the vinyl number plate. Any steps in taking off the original one?
SFL Composer docked at around 4.15 today carrying Teslas having stopped in Southhampton on Wednesday and unloading UK stock.
Malacca Highway is currently enroute from Dublin to Zeebrugge due to arrive tomorrow morning .hopefully to fill up with cars from SFL Composer and come back to Dublin full. Tesla staff seem to have a policy of saying they have no visibility unless you are lucky to get the right person at the right time..let you form your own views there. Hopefully good news will emerge for all of us who are waiting
Some good instructions here

Hi all. Just curious about keeping the white interior clean - anybody have any tips/recommendations/experience? Seen a few YouTube videos claiming that it is a non-issue - just have wipes handy. It just looks too white to always stay that way!
I’m thinking of trying Gyeon Leather Shield on the white seats. There are couple of videos on YouTube regarding it
Hope nobody here owns the one White M3 being loaded onto the back of a recovery truck between Nenagh and Birdhill yesterday around lunch time.
didnt catch the plate but it looked new.
I think someone mentioned on fb that their car died only a few km from the Supercharger…….
The irony of it.. You buy a new Tesla and you don't get enough charge to make it to a Supercharger, instead having to use Ionity or ECars.
Just be mindful of what products you use. The M3 “leather” is not real leather so different products may react different on the vegan stuff.
What most new buyers are not realising is that the cars have most likely not been charged at all since they were in china.
The BMS doesn’t know what 0% and 100% feels like.
The battery is at the worse state of level/temp it most likely will ever be.
Tesla shout either be trickle charging the cars before collection or informing buyers to go straight to a local charger to top up.
Absolutely, have emailed them re charging car and they said would do their best..
Will still be nervous driving down to 10% or so for a while, a thing we all I'm sure regularly do.
There’s an ecar charger in CityWest about 7km away if needed 👍🏻. 22kw
You only have to be worried about going to 10% on that initial drive home. After that, sure 10% can get me from Finglas to the sandyford SC on the MS.
Just that initial drive home is where people have to be careful.
Ionity in Kill is very close to the collection point I think so that's my plan
I took the rear holder off and just stuck the plate on with some gorilla tape, looks really good. The original holder was actually crooked when I looked at it so a big improvement. I'm going to go vinyl on the front.
Did you fill the holes in the front before putting the vinyl plate on? I was thinking of sticking a bit of blu tac in the holes before applying the plate.
It's pretty bad that Tesla are basically letting people know that they have to charge at what is the most expensive public charger there is!
This is really showing the need for more supercharger sites asap instead of the very very slow rollout from them here this far!
I just covered the 2 front holes with a little square of cellotape.
just remember to de-bur the 2 holes as when they drive in the holder screws, it slightly raises the face of the holes, so a drill bit larger than the hole held in the hand and rotated a few times would shave the raised bits off.
Tesla Supercharger is in course of construction and not yet open.
Have changed my delivery slot to a day earlier. Now Tues 1st at 12:30. One less sleep..😊
Did you get the vinyl/adhesive plates here AndyBoBandy? I’ve only seen them on UK sites.
They look really well on the moulded front bumper, think the Omni Systems m3 may have it done-
