Looks to be about the width of a hallway. There's no way that thing can sleep two people.
Stacked vertically, perhaps...
I like your thinking.
Plenty rebar and concrete keep building.
That is disgraceful.
Just seen this on Facebook. Great idea.
The posh jail cell went 80% over asking - £90,000!

And I thought it was dear are 50k.
Yiz aren't thinking right at all. You can sleep in 8 hour shifts and then you can triple your occupancy rate. Simples.
If the two sides are that separated, you could have just had them be 2 different rooms with separate doors.
They wouldn't fit with the amount of space there I don't think
They could also share the Prius, and do
2 twelve hour taxi shifts.
(that’s in response to BattleCorp)
What a scumbag.
I think the room in the film The Room with Brie Larson was bigger than that.
You'd only need one bed in that case, which they would share in shifts.
I was thinking the same thing. Could use fold in beds.
I actually assumed that was a murphy bed in the photo. It looks like it folds up into the wall to me anyway.
I think you're talking about the Fitzwilliam hallway bed (which does indeed look like a fold-up), the other poster was talking about the two beds like z-shaped bunks in the same room.
The hallway looks like an area where you would have had the photocopier and water fountain in an office. Shocking.
Taking a spin around Daft when I came across this place. Nice looking house in a nice location. But take a look at pic 10. Is that a super ser gas heater in a 2.5M house?
239 euro in Woodies by the look of it.
They are very big spaces if the heating isn't up to it.
so it is a fancy looking superser. blimey.
It's hideous.
The rooms are horrendously proportioned and there's just so. much. pine.
I know someone who has the central heating on and an electric version of that heater close to them and facing to where they sit down. I never stayed long enough to know if they stayed that way all the time they sat there. I know I couldn't sit with one of those facing me.
That room had a bath. And a skylight. Would be marketed as a luxury studio on daft. 20% premium for the soundproofing
I'd say the big open archway right there leading to the big dining room with two double glass doors is fairly chilly in winter, hence the heater.
Aside from this, why do they have a framed photo of Mary McAleese on the table next to the fire in pic 7? Big fans of Mary maybe.
And is that a hose/shower head next to the toilet bowl in pic 15?
A hand held foot spray bidet?
bum gun.
I assumed it was that but hadn't seen one before. It seems like it might be...messy...but what would I know?!
This scares me. Prices in Belfast are usually a bit more reasonable than Dublin or elsewhere. This house is the student area and other houses on that street and the neighbouring streets are in and around 100-200k. The house is clearly a student house but it's a very basic small 3 bed semi-d. How do they think they'll get 400k for this shithole?
I see it's being sold by Purple Bricks and I haven't seen many using them in Belfast before so maybe they just haven't a clue about the market here at the moment but jesus christ. I hope to fcuk this doesn't sell. There's not much hope for me in the area I want to move to if this sells for so much!
