Not a great look and very worrying as I pick mine up today. I may just charge at Ionity in Kill before heading on to Ballacolla.
yeah, if anything less than 40% and I'd be taking on any oppertunistic charge I could get on the way to the Supercharger, and then perhaps at the Supercharger take the time and go all the way to 100%*, which might help to balance the pack.
*note when going to 100%, the car might display 100%, but still say 30 minutes to complete charging... this is the pack balancing itself, so I'd wait til 'Charging Complete' is displayed.

Would it not make sense for Tesla to have a string of granny chargers set up? I'm sure most cars are at the depot for a number of days before delivery, even if they were charged on the night before delivery it would probably add 15-20kWh.

If you're getting finance, pick from the available finance partners on the tesla list - when I did this, my dashboard moved to this type of delivery view. If you're using a finance partner that's not on the list, check if they have a parent company. First Auto Finance, for example, are a subsidary of Finance Ireland.
Do that. It is only 10 minutes drive. Add it on the navigation and the battery would preheat, then you take 15 mins to familiarize yourself with the settings apps, driver profile and leave there worry free. Everyone should do that and probably Tesla guys should recommend doing that. There are 8 stall on both sides. Nobody would spend there more than 20 mins.

Anybody ordered a white RWD with white interior got their vin / delivery date yet?
Have vin in source code but no delivery date. Ordered RWD white/white/18 inch wheels on Dec 24th. No response from the delivery team for over a week now. In the complete dark and I have sold my ICE car already.
I was in a similar position yesterday, got onto the chat at about 8pm and they gave me a delivery slot straight away. Did all the paperwork (Grant etc) and payment made this morning. All go for Wed 2nd March.
How do I get onto chat. Is it chat with Ireland delivery team.
You can cal them or alternatively go into Tesla site and browse stock form inventory option hang around and a chat icon will often appear in bottom right of screen.. It appears as though this is only so when Tesla staff are available so you need to be patient
I found the chat icon (...) at bottom left of configurator screen.(Just below car). Only pops up when someone available, from now till about 9pm seems a good time.
I suspect yesterday that I was going to get a call anyway before Friday, even if I hadn't gone on chat. Both Davide and Natalie were very efficient and helpful.
The Irish inventory page is very often empty, so you are pushed on to the US site where the chat link I think is on bottom right. Would not allow me in due to our EMail address and phone number.
The Irish site has inventory (1) for the last two weeks minimum. If you are not seeing you are most likely not on Irish site. Attached link for convenience...good luck with it
Still pinching myself! Collected at 12:30PM today and the car had 73% charge. Was still a bit anxious so stopped into Ionity in Kill for 10 mins for a quick charge.
Stopped again in Ballacolla and met the Ranger who topped up my wiper fluid, by the time I had eaten some food the car was at 100% and then on again to Cork. Only charged for 10 mins to experience the 250KW superchargers. Mortified my fiance by playing a fart through the boombox when two kids were walking by the car, so I've found a new joy in watching the confusion and laughter 😁
Yes seen that one alright on the Irish site, but chat never seems to show for me there. Perhaps I'm not hanging around for long enough🙂. Also had a look on config page and no sign of chat there either atm..
You can also change to other European Tesla sites. I find the German one tends to show the Chat button consistently.
Wonder does it allow you in? You have to give your EMail and phone number.

Hey, so hope you can help. Order an M3 RWD Midnight Silver last week, with expectation of August delivery. Got a text from Tesla yesterday saying I had been matched with a car and they’ll be in touch! Haven’t had time to call them yet but does this sound like I have a March delivery date??
