If it was only 'one side' you wouldn't have an international agreement where two governments undertook to change the conditions in which people were living, promised to enshrine equality and parity in esteem (which were patently not there) and one government who we now know were colluding with one side, recognised the right to aspire to unity and to identify as Irish.

You say any iteration of an IRA after an international agreement was reached is wrong but the IRA after the Anglo Irish Treaty is ok.
