The rental situation is out of control.
Since the borders opened, the already crazy situation has multiplied.
I'm on dating sites and chat to many brazilians and argies and what happens is their agency gives them accomodation for a week and they think grand they'll find somewhere. But they can't and they book into hostels for a couple days. I'm in a few of the pages on facebook for foreigners and there are people so desperate to find somewhere, they are close to being on the street. It's really sad.
I've seen many cancel their flights last minute because they know they won't find accommodation. It's shocking what state this country is in.
I had a room for rent last year. Advertised it and within an hour I had 16 enquiries. Between whatsapps, phone calls and emails I think I could 100+ enquiries in 3 days.
And to add, had messages from some of the girls I've been chatting to asking me if they could stay with me if they couldn't find somewhere to stay. I couldn't say yes :(
Another sent a message on insta prepared to send to all friends asking for accomodation as they only have a few more days to find somewhere.

I actually use an app to access , most newer systems have an app, port forwarding gets tricky if viewing on a browser application and DVR, I keep it simple 😁

The system I have is lan connected to my router (3). All the cameras one model, access set up connected to my WiFi using app, once set up, I can access anywhere in the world. I app does all the work, port forwarding etc.
If accessing via a browser, it gets more technical, permissions needed on each camera's setting, all way above my pay scale 😁
