Nobody can say , they did nothing in Georgia , Crimea , eastern Ukraine , Syria ,
Might have to wait for Russian tanks roll towards Berlin before the oh **** we could have stopped this back at Georgia
Russia can invade Ukraine and crush all resistance before installing a puppet regime.
NATO, militarily, can't do anything about that. For reasons that should be blindingly obvious. That's why the primary response has to be economic.
Russian peacekeepers flowing into eastern Ukraine under putins orders
At least there's no longer any ambiguity. If there is anyone left in the West who has any illusions remaining about Putin and his tyrannical regime, they should really go see a psychologist.
There will be no invasion of Ukraine .
Where's all the clique now
And there's the Russian "peacekeepers" as was predicted going into East Ukraine. Note no UN peacekeepers.
I presume that was issued before the invasion. Hopefully something stronger comes next.
No foreign troops allowed in Ukraine according to heer putin
They are trying to decide between:
Option A) Saying Donetsk and Luhansk were never Ukrainian
or
Option B) Saying poor Russia was bullied into the occupation by the bold NATO.
Turns out the Americans were right.
Looks and sounds like Hitler levels of nutjob alright.
It's always a bit of a disturbing moment when you realise you've been played for an absolute fool.
Bidens withdrawal of Afghanistan has triggered this offensive from Putin. Weak Sanctions so far have proved Putin right. I believe the likes of Russia and China were fearful of trump as he was unpredictable.
Ukrainian military appears to be in the stages of full moblisation, seems to be going on a war footing. Perhaps too little, too late.
They were flowing in there at least 7 hours ago

So, the west's response,
Hilarious. Maybe go over to the swings. The adults are talking.
Indeed they are. There are a couple of Black Hawks nearby..
And there's the Russian "peacekeepers" as was predicted going into East Ukraine.
Get the fudge out of here with that. That withdrawal was put in place BY Trump. Sure Vlad was his best mate, along with the leaders of China, North Korea etc. He'd be saying NOTHING about it.
putin will have to take the entire country or else western weapons will keep flowing into ukraine..
The regions have been separated from Kyiv control for years. It's well known Russian troops are there before this. The language was Putin going to takeover the entire country, hasn't happened. But the move means Minsk deal is dead. Russian troops have gone into two regions they be welcomed.
The Putinbots are frantically tuning into Russia Today to get their talking points straight.
Even if he did, there's no way he can suppress a resistance that emerges from a wider population of 41 million people (Russia itself is 140 million).
The Ukraine is portrayed as some sort of minnow by large swathes of the media.
But the Ukraine is large, populous, and has a population with a proud history; the idea that Putin can waltz in and contain the country and that vast population is absurd.
How utterly deluded.
If you want entirely serious discussion where comic images are generally less tolerated, head on over to the politics forum.
Erm, did you not listen to Putin's address and his threat to the Ukrainian govt?
He sided with Putin over the fbi.
He bent over for Putin.
Nato is a hostile military alliance. What do you think would happen? Ukraine trying to join Nato made them an unfriendly nation. How is this so hard to comprehend for some people?
