i have not come across any evidence to show SF have links to crime, particular individuals in the past were convicted of crimes but that does not equate to having links to crime now.

Repeating what you started with multiple times doesn't make it come true. Hiding behind the GFA like this is a pretty sh*tty move and weakens it's effect as a document if you're trying to play it this way.
The government is perfectly within its rights to object to any individual getting into a position of power, unless they make it a legal ban, then it is not hypocritical. You seem to want to close down political debate around it, which I can see might be beneficial for SF, but it is absolutely bonkers in no uncertain terms.
It's disappointing that your comeback has only resulted in you wanting to limit rather than expand on debate (you could have got the numbers showing is SF is worse or better than the government at housing objections, revealed if you're OK with Lowry running to reveal your own hypocritical objectives as just 2 examples).
I've no doubt this will be met by a repetition of the same and slipping and sliding away from answering the real questions in a show of faux outrage and pearl clutching.
