Yes, you took it from the LucidTalk opinion poll, which is an opinion poll, not an election.
Even LucidTalk admit that they got it wrong at the last election too. Back then, their opinion poll had Sinn Fein on 25% but the result saw them get only 22.7%. So looks like we are heading for the same outcome.
I have clearly demonstrated the facts that support in real elections has been trending downwards for Sinn Fein in recent times, we will see the same again in this Assembly election.
An opinion poll is not a fact, it is in the name.
The last major election was the 2019 General Election when Sinn Fein got 22.7%, down 6.7% from the 2017 figure of 29.4%, yet a mythical 25% that they haven't achieved in any election over the last five years is nearly at their highest ever!!!!
I was referring to the major election blanch, I wasn't referring to the same bloody results of elections taken during the same year.
Sinn Fein support is now back at a solid 25% nearly at their highest ever.
The same fake Comical Ali news is now appearing across several threads. Sinn Fein did not have their best electoral performances in the North the last two elections. Instead they have consistently performed in or around 22% during the last three elections having been at 27-29% in the previous two.
When did I say everyone is against Sinn Fein? It's clear to anyone with a remote interest in politics that the independent and RTE do not like Sinn Fein.
The Independent has been forced by the Press Council to apologise to Sinn Féin on numerous occasions for it's inaccurate and untruthful reporting including for remarkable claims in multiple articles that Sinn Fein had orchestrated a major campaign of bullying and intimidation against RTE.
Even veteran journalist and staunch critic of Sinn Fein Vincent Browne, writing in The Irish Times, described the Independent’s coverage of Sinn Féin as “reflexive air-headed hysteria”. In the Irish Sun, Oliver Callan, creator of RTÉ’s ‘Callan’s Kicks’ satire, was scathing in his criticism of the Irish independent. “The most alarming feature has been the ferocious campaign against Sinn Féin. The state has never witnessed such a biased agenda against a political party,” he said.
My word, everyone is against you 😭
Its so sad
But hey ho,after 7 more years of the 3 party government, you'll have plenty of time to reinvent the wheel
Meanwhile our actual government's plans now in the shape of our female minister for justice is taking the wind out of the sails of the shinner organised Nwc women discriminating anti women's discrimination march ...
Its all going on

FF/FG in collaboration with RTE and their government shill newspaper the independent have been trying to convince people for decades that no one else is capable of running the country apart from them, that they are so great it would be absolutely moronic to give anyone else a try, everyone else is incoherent apart from them. Time is running out for FF/FG and they know it.
RTE banned SF from the leaders debate during the last election for no reason at all, no doubt a favour was called in by FF/FG. That's how they are desperate they are getting, they used to at least try and do it discreetly.
Ah here now,6 of those years in or recovering from an economic crash that saw 10s of 1000's of skilled builders leave and 2 of them in the throws of a pandemic
You're in an SF/pbp ideological bubble posting that spin
That won't build houses either
Tell you what will though,7 more years of this tri party government which if we believe polls is a possibility
This is absolute nonsense, SF had their best electoral performances in the North the last two elections. SF are at a record high in the Republic with support at around 35%.
SF is on the rise Mark, deal with it.
I've seen it thrown around by a few posters that Eoin O'Broin privately told property investment funds that SF policy was grandstanding and that they didn't need to worry - but I haven't been able to find a source for this. Who made the allegation initially and what, if anything, did they have by way of evidence?
Not saying it did or didn't happen, genuinely just want to know where this claim originated so I can look into it myself.
The DUP are in the firing line this time out.... next time out SF will be the ones put up against the wall.
SF vote peaked years ago, just the DUP implosion has masked it.
like cockroach's when the light comes on they hate it
Sinn Féin will offer no apologies for giving convicted cronies plum jobs - Independent.ie
Are Sinn Fein in line for the hollowest victory of all time?
Despite their vote being down a massive 4.7% from the last Assembly elections, it seems they are on course to take the First Minister position from a dominating position of 23.2%!!!! If anything makes a mockery of the Northern Ireland electoral system, that outcome would.
Unfortunately, that is the Sf way, put its maunderings in as many places as possible from media to education and the local town council. Disinformation been its bedrock. It's right out of the book 'How To Run Your Soviet Diaspora State' even if its supporters and those who vote for them know it or not the result is not far from 1984, the irony been, they think they are going in the opposite direction.
It is a deliberate policy.
You too can be part of the digital rising. Recruitment is ongoing.
It is amazing that we are on the Sinn Fein thread and that those defending Sinn Fein have no idea what Sinn Fein's position on housing is and no idea why Sinn Fein have adopted a position, yet here they are defending it!!!! Incredible.
If we were on a housing thread, it might make some sense that a poster was coming there to be educated, but repeatedly defending Sinn Fein here while not having a clue is funny.
Not with you on that one fukt.
soz pal.
How many women political prisoners are there in Ireland versus Cuba ?
Will that be brought up by the SF supporter organising the women discriminating anti women's discrimination march or indeed by Mary Lou ?
Just like the FFG tag team Bren
These people are insidiously infiltrating as many organisations as they can.
As in the Prime Time show and the hallowed pages of this platform they pop up in their tens .
Needs careful watching.
Meanwhile it seems Sinn Féin have taken over the national women's council....who have excluded near 50% of the countries women from a rally because they support government parties
Bríd Smith asked an awkward question about rape victims being made share a room with their abusers and this being condoned by Mary Lou who is invited to speak...

Nope I didn't know and then read the article and gave an opinion. Thats how we learn. Its all there my friend.
Cut to the chase and just call SF **** and move on. You're getting tiresome.
You just forgot to provide anything to back up your claim about the clawback you mention earlier. What are your other issues with that development and do you not think it should go ahead?
You can presume it's rubbish all you want, I haven't made anything up at all, I already cleared up numerous misconceptions of yours about the cost of housing on the Oscar traynor development.
I have yet to hear a thank you for clearing up your misconceptions and happily doing research when asked to provide evidence for you, if you want to find any more evidence on separate matters you are going to have to do it yourself.
Is this the same RTE that banned SF from the leaders debate during the last election?
Well you made the claims so ill presume it's rubbish till you can back it up.
I already cleared this up, those figures don't include the hidden costs you need to add on an extra hundred thousand to those figures to get the real cost.
They made some of the costs hidden so that government shill newspapers like the independent could post articles stating those figures you posted while at the same time not even mentioning the hidden costs people will have to pay, it's not hard to see how those homes are in no way affordable compared to similar projects just up the road which SF didn't oppose.
I remember reading it somewhere at the time, just had a quick look for you but can't find it I'm sure you'll find it if you look hard enough.
During last nights Claire Byrne shambles on RTE1 it was claimed that what SF were proposing for housing would not work as it takes time for houses to be built. FG has been in government for 11 years and have done SFA. So if we are being told SF can't do what they propose as it takes time and FG has had lots of time and done diddly squat? we are left with this oxymoron.
Your opinion was "no idea" why SF objected to the development. I gave my opinion why they did. They do not want to see the current government build houses it's fairly simple. I did read up on it and posted links to the scheme which should be a SF voters dream development.
A quick reminder:
853 homes built at Oscar Traynor Road in Santry, 40 per cent of which will be used for social housing, 40 per cent for cost rental homes, and 20 per cent sold to low- and middle-income workers qualifying for the upcoming affordable purchase scheme
Recent increases in Government subvention and loan schemes meant the housing could be provided at a lower cost than previously estimated with affordable homes costing €204,000-€238,000 for a one bed to €250,000- €306,000 for a three bed, with cost-rental prices up to €1,500 a month for a two-bed apartment
