Why does light suddenly stop in the middle yet extend to the edges?
Look at the straight line, how does light work like that?
I have a light on beside me, it doesn't illuminate half of the room..
They add a slight bend into your one, but it still makes no sense..

Well given that I appear to have been persuaded by Lex's arguments and have jumped the fence into CT world, I am 100% behind this new conspiracy theory that you propose and accept even the most tenuous of evidence as absolute proof.

Have you noticed that there are no legitimate pictures of the moon? They are always on an electronic screen, or printed on paper. Ask yourself why.

Why would you be asking me about the helium balloons though, it's your claim so it's down to you to show evidence of it. Or even just explain how these helium balloons work for satellites that are apparently orbiting the earth. How do they follow a path that makes sense for a globe, but they are actually doing it over a flat earth? Why would satellites be launched to follow a very complex fake path which would make no sense for a flat earth?

Just wondering were they involved in the satellite launches with the helium balloons or were they not allowed to discuss it as part of their NDA?
I popped into this thread yesterday when it was about 2 or 3 pages long, it's now 20 pages a day later, and the same questions are appearing all over.
I am assuming they have been asked in every page in between too.
Maybe stop feeding the troll?
I'm sure at some point there'll be a flat-earth community somewhere, I'd love to see their teaching material..
What is gravity? We don't know

... Anyone who has ever looked at the moon or night sky and shown more than a mild curiosity as to why things move.
People who need to be "in" on the conspiracy
All politicians, all commercial pilots, everyone involved in the space industry, all physicists and most scientists, the helium balloon industry ;) a hell of a lot of people in creating really complex CGI of rocket launches, 24 hour feeds on the ISS, etc. The global shipping industry, a significant portion of the media, a ton of high-school and university teachers and professors, I'd say that's up to several tens or hundreds of millions already, anyone I am missing?
The North Pole is fine, you just focus the beam of light from the torch a bit better. Its the 24 hours of sunlight at Antarctica whilst also 24 hours of darkness in the middle at the north which is tricky. Needs someone to hold a bit of card up in front of the torch/sun to create the shadow.
No one has been to the sun so we "don't know what it is" is the best one so far.

"Plate theory" cannot explain 24 hr sunlight or darkness at the north Pole.
This "theory" is so laughable on the most basic level that all lexy can do is either ignore the science or say that he doesn't believe it.
I'm surprised at this stage he hasn't claimed the world is balanced on a giant turtles back
so if the earth is not a globe then what is stopping the atmosphere from just floating off into space?
How is 50% of this flat-earth dark and 50% light with one light source, how does that work?
I have to say, this is brilliant. All the other conspiracy theorist regulars are either silent or are in awe.
Well I'm also confused by the circular argument he makes about relative density. But I appreciate that he found himself in checkmate there, along with the secret supersonic southern hemisphere planes. He just gave up on that one too.
