Option 1 is not true
Option 2 is correct. The time taken for the sun to make one revolution of both tropics is the same, 24hrs
However the distance to travel both circumferences is longer on Capricorn than on Cancer
But why would anyone believe you on this.

Exactly, and if anyone shows you photos of the milky way from space, it's bigger in some and smaller in others, that doesn't make any sense, it's a different colour in other "images", the brightness changes (how is that possible??), why does it look "different" from earth than it does from space?
All photographs are images, images can be manipulated, how can you know for sure it's not manipulated? How can we see stars in some photos but not in others? etc
