Rudi has flipped
He must of got some off hunter.
Baseless drug use accusations aside; he spoke nothing but the truth there.
Baseless? LOL. He is coked off his tits.
There is zero evidence presented. Why won't you answer your previous questions posed to you about your 'claims'?
Buttttt Hunter.
Butt Hunter? I'm pretty sure I've seen that video.
Any interest in answering any of the questions put to you yesterday?
Or will we just draw our own conclusions from your silence?
Aw still obsessed with hunter. What truth? Again, please present the evidence.
But Gravy! He had a laptop! A laptop!! By far the most incriminating and illegal piece of tech known to man!
So not a shred of actual evidence then that there was any actual confidential documents never mind your claim of 14 plus boxes of confidential and sensitive documents.
did you read the link that was posted?
Point out the part where it confirms with evidence that there were 14 plus boxes of sensitive and confidential documents.
It was confirmed in a letter to the National Archives from the Chairwoman of the Congressional Committee on Oversight and Reform. They don't even have to be confidential, removing or concealing government records is a criminal offence. And it was 15 boxes by the way.
so that's a no then.
They'd believe it if a coked up Donnie Jr said it in one of his unhinged videos though.
So it's gone from 14 plus boxes of confidential and sensitive document to they don't have to be confidential.
Ditto.
Just pointing out yet another crime to be added to Donnie's long list.
I'm taking the fact that Donald Trump Senior, Donald Trump Jnr and Eric Trump have all spoken publicly or released statements in recent days and none of them refuted the claims whatsoever as a pretty strong indictment that everything said about the boxes and their contents is 100% true.
You can relax, there's been no shortage of instances throughout his life where Donald behaved completely inappropriately if not outright illegally and yet he rarely has been adequately held accountable for his actions.
That is likely to continue despite the revelations about these documents or the breaking news around his worthless financial submittals so all his worshippers can console themselves with that reality while the rest of us hope that it all comes crashing down around him.
Is baseless the same as freebasing 🤔
That pretty much the core of the case being presented against him.
He submitted financial statements to inflate the value of holdings to secure loans and then turned around and submitted "other valuations" that were much lower to get favourable property tax treatment.
The article I posted earlier talks about one of the ways that Trump did this - He'd use an "Accountants Compilation report" . These are not "audited accounts" in the way that most people might think.
Basically , Trump would write down a bunch of numbers and the accountant verifies that those are the numbers that Trump gave them - They don't check to see if the numbers are true at all.
tl;dr - Trump writes a note that says "I'm worth $10 Billion" and the accountant signs it saying "I can confirm that Mr. Trump told me he was worth $10 billion"
Now though Mazars are saying "based on what we now know , we no can no longer stand over these statements" - Which is weasel speak for "We've always known he was a lying crook but we were happy to take his money , but we've now been shown the paper trail from the AG so we are bailing out ASAP to avoid losing our licence to practice in the state of NY"
This is VERY bad news for Trumps businesses , very bad news indeed.
This.
The most basic of premise here is that the Long Island accountant was presented with a set of figures from Trump that he signed off on as "being correct"
There were no audited figures. The weight of the Mazars name attached to the documents that came back, had the effect of passing off the report produced as an audit.
Mazars should have nixed the practice a long time ago. However, their going on record in the matter they have has thrown the Trump Org under a bus. This may end up being the most interesting corporate enforcement for accounting since Enron.
asking for a friend?
This is box office
I'm guessing it'll also greatly hamper any future attempts at doing the same thing, as other similar companies will be much more hesitant to get involved. So yes, it's a very bad thing for the Trump Org.
One would assume that they will not be able to get any new funding without having valid accounts.
It might impact current funding too - If you loaned someone money on the basis of paperwork showing XYZ in assets and now that paperwork is junk , any reasonable institution would have to be going back and seeing if they have the ability to default the loan.
I'd guess that there are at very least veracity and/or moral hazard clauses on the commercial loans the Trump Org has in play. Those clauses could we'll leave loans subject to immediate recall.
Where it would become very interesting IMO? Is if any of that debt has been securitized. Suddenly not only is the Trump Org on the hook for fraud but the Banks that securitized and sold the packaged debt would be liable for further perpetuating a fraud.
Now I don't know how Trump's banks are packaging their commercial paper. It may be debt or bond funded or it may fully securitized. The issue will be if it's funded by anything other than bank funds? Any prospectus that issued will have given a risk profile for those debts based upon garbage reports. The bank's now carry the can for their own lack of diligence.
In other news , looks like the reality of what the Durham report is saying is quite different to what Fox News have been shouting about for the last few days.
So - There are no new indictments being sought , there has just been a bit of an amendment to the Sussman charges.
Fox et al have claimed that the charges show "that lawyers for Hillary Clinton's 2016 campaign "paid a technology company to 'infiltrate' servers belonging to Trump Tower, and later the White House, in order to establish an 'inference' and 'narrative' to bring to government agencies linking Donald Trump to Russia."
Except , that's not what it says - At all.
The word Infiltrate never appears anywhere , nor does any mention of anyone , Clinton campaign or otherwise paying for the work or ordering it to be sent to the FBI.
The "source" for infiltration storyline?
Not Durham , but the one and only Kash Patel author of the infamous "Nunes Memo"
Once again , a whole lot of misinterpretation and extrapolation leading to a story that is completely untrue , but shouted from on high on the right , with Trump calling for the death penalty for those involved a call that has been echoed by Jim Jordan.
So, the short version: There's still no Durham report, and this latest indictment has nothing to do with 'espionage.'
The foxbots like Boxy who regurgitate this nonsense need to cop on a bit; if you think the President of the US was being spied on, well, I doubt you'd find out about it on Fox news and there's this little organization called the NSA who worry about those things. Do you seriously believe you'd learn about it on Fox or Facebook?
And, for those having trouble understanding what's up with the documents shipped to Mar A Lago:
The whole 'mar a lago' thing is ridiculous. Southern white house...what a crock. Not secure, easily infiltrated, poorly run. Trump might as well have had the constitution printed on the toilet paper there as much as he crapped on it by holding meetings there and clowning for diplomats.
You mean Fox has been spreading propaganda to influence Trump supporting fools?
Please say it isn't so. 😲
....In fact, the defendant had assembled and conveyed the allegations to the FBI on behalf of at least two specific clients, including (i) a technology executive (“Tech Executive-1”) at a U.S.-based Internet company (“Internet Company1”), and (ii) the Clinton Campaign. 3.
Indeed the word infiltrate is not in the indictment but the phrase "... associates exploited was domain name system (“DNS”)" is. I'm not overly tech savvy but the very first result on DNS exploits throws up this.
A DNS Exploit is a vulnerability in the domain name system (DNS) through which an attacker can infiltrate a network.
