The worst bit imo is these people were sold a lie....they might have made moves to protect their home if they weren't operating under the illusion that her company owned the property but instead it was sold out ftom under them (regardless of how naieve they might have been)....she would be on the hook for that along with the "deposit" swindled in my eyes too

Lesson is if it sounds too good to be true, it's a scam - run a mile.
It's very easy to judge people and wonder why they weren't wise to it but these people were very stressed and seeking a solution.
When you are in that place, you are vulnerable and it is despicable that she scammed them in this way.

Programmes built on lies and vested opinions don’t make great programmes. Viewers should do their own research and reach their own opinions. Not those of others.

Could they do a search on public land registers for any property in her name that they could trace her to?

When people are afraid of loosing there homes. They can be fairly desperate and willing to do anything!

This is a cracking programme....... but seriously, I DON'T want to seem like 'victim blaming'......but when you're 330K in " the hole"......sweet little Blondie ain't going to magically turn it into being 100K in 'the hole'........like if it sounds too good to true.....well, it generally IS
It's not been mentioned, we're these people still paying their mortgages whilst all this was going on or just living in hope 🙄
It's a bit ridiculous alright although when you are in such a vulnerable financial situation you cling to every hope and the last thing you want to do is piss off the person you believe will fix your problems.

Honestly I baffled how people were taken in by the C**T but clearly when people under serious pressure they don't think straight .
I'm just shocked this Fraudster hasn't even been questioned by Gardai, let alone arrested by all accounts.

This crowd in Louth seem thick. They dont seem to ring her or meet her in person just text. They don't even go to a solicitor for advise on the matter
There's an air of wallet inspection off the scam though, also giving cash wasn't exactly legit.
The text messages sent seem way too calm
