Ugh, I had two tickets in my basket on Ticketmaster, got tripped up by the new phone verification thing for card purchases and ran out of time :( Is The Helix not covered by the new ticket touting laws? Tickets [i]all[/i] over other sites now for several hundred quid a pop, wondering if that's covered by the law who we can report it to?
Promoters have to apply for their event to be a 'designated event' or the venue has to be a 'designated venue' for the law to apply.
'The law on ticket touting applies to tickets for designated events or events in designated venues.'
That has to be done in advance.
Thankfully managed to get tickets this morning. Should be a cracker.

i was looking at the U.S. 2021 setlists, 20 track setlist, and he was doing a set with the band, then a totally solo set, a selection of his solo output with 5 from last album + 6 Mac tracks.
For late last year for U.S. main set, ends with “You Can Go Youre Own Way”
Ill be happy once he plays 'Never Going Back Again' and 'Big Love'

Love this version, the version now is amazing but at a much slower pace

What's the best way to get from Bus Aras to the Helix and back ? Would i better just heading out to the airport and get the bus from there
Such a pity this is not on somewhere like the Bord Gais theatre. Can't imagine there's many pubs near the Helix
Its a 5 minute walk to O'Connell Street where you could get the 4, 13, 9, 155 which would leave you at the Slipper pub, which is another 5 to 10 minute walk to the Helix
Looks like it was only the last two u.s. gigs cancelled, but it may mean cancellations or rescheduling for Dublin gig, hopefully not, but its 2 weeks from today
