She left very suddenly and set up in competition with him just as the massive hole in the finances were found by new auditors.

When an easily found scammer takes this level of money from someone is there not a danger the scammed person will hunt them down and either seriously injure or kill them? It's not some untracable call centre in downtown Lagos.
Was thinking that too! If it was me, I'd meet in person and make it known in no uncertain terms that they get their money back or else.

There's an air of wallet inspection off the scam though, also giving cash wasn't exactly legit.
This crowd in Louth seem thick. They dont seem to ring her or meet her in person just text. They don't even go to a solicitor for advise on the matter

Honestly I baffled how people were taken in by the C**T but clearly when people under serious pressure they don't think straight .
I'm just shocked this Fraudster hasn't even been questioned by Gardai, let alone arrested by all accounts.
It's a bit ridiculous alright although when you are in such a vulnerable financial situation you cling to every hope and the last thing you want to do is piss off the person you believe will fix your problems.
It's not been mentioned, we're these people still paying their mortgages whilst all this was going on or just living in hope 🙄
