Does anyone have any tutor recommendations for company law? The courses offered by the colleges started in November, so just looking for any possible help prior to March sitting.
Hey apologies if this is a stupid question, but for anyone who has sat EU law, are we required to say the full names of cases? Some of them are just ridiculously long and in a foreign language (Internationale Handelsgesellschaft mbH v Einfuhr-und Voratsstelle fur Getreide und Futtermitte for example). Would we be okay with just saying like one or two words out of the case name, like referring to the one above as "Internationale"? Thanks.
I remember constructive coming up in the last exam and would gear towards secret trusts instead IMO.
I doubt Strong v Bird will be there again but it is easy enough to pick up ... as Presumption of Advancement came up last time as a note Q, I would have think that maybe Resulting Trusts/ Joint Accounts would be worth looking over.

Hi all, I intend to use my MacBook to sit some of the FE1 exams online this March. Is a MacBook compatible with the application/software used by the Law Society for the FE1 exams online? and also is a MacBook compatible with the application/software used by the external proctor? Thanks
Hey! I sat 3 in October with my MacBook and no problems! They put up a practice run exam a week or two before so you can be certain all runs fine and you know what to do.

Is it acceptable in Company to simply write Re S 231, for example, instead of transcribing the entire text from the Act?
