The colonel-general of the Russian Federation, Leonid Grigoryevich Ivashov, who is also the chairman of the Assembly of Officers, has said that the leadership is not able to pull Russia out of the systemic crisis.
Ivashov states in a public letter that the situation in Ukraine is of a mercenary nature.
