Not really doubting the Oxfam figure. Just don't see how it is relavent to anything. Take any big government budget number and they will get a similar answer. I'm sure they have previously used numbers like how much is spent on military expenditure in campaigns before. Doesn't mean there is any conspiracy around covid though.

At this stage, a lot of conspiracy theorists are just posting jumbles of buzz words and catchphrases that are popular in the conspiracy media in the last few months followed by a question along the lines of "how do you explain this?" or "what's really going on?!"

If there are two thing we have learned from anti-vaxxers, not just here but worldwide, is the good value vaccines have shown themselves to be when you consider the cost of providing hospital and ICU beds, (let alone the collapse of health services), if everyone had been as inconsiderate as they have shown themselves to be. The other is that they are not too worried about bankrolling grifters when you see the charlatans they are attempting to give oxygen too.

What is this plan that is going to plan. Indeed what is the plan and what has it achieve that is going to plan that is going to enable this global domination ? Mask wearing in limited circumstances is hardly going to get them there, and if it is some mind control drug or chip in the vaccines then did they not miss a major opportunity when Peter Brabeck-Letmathe was CEO of the Nestle Group. Rather than having to wait for a pandemic, it seems very poor planning not to have slipped these chips or drugs into Nestle products.
But then the WEF and Bilderberg do not seem to know much about secret groups and the first basis they are meant to operate under. Everyone knows who they are and even where they meet, and if I was running a cabal whose secret plan is for world domination I would not hold out much hope of it remaining a secret for long if Simon Coveney is an example of their ability to keep a secret. He could not even get someone appointed to a made up meaning nothing position without blowing it.

I think the idea is that the WEF et al are planning to remove the idea of private ownership inside the next 8 years.
This idea comes from a speculative essay that the WEF went to great lengths to clarify was speculative and not an indication of their goals. They tried to make it exceedingly clear because conspiracy grifters kept trying to take it and the one Facebook promo that too a quote from it out of context.
Conspiracy theorists have yet to explain why they announced their evil plan like this.

Well its counter intuitive for one thing; if you don't own your house or your car etc, presumably someone else does and rents it to you. I don't know if you'll be happy with that but renting atm is not a great idea, very expensive.

Just on the car thing, how many hours of a day does anyone actually use their vehicle? Would it not make more sense to not have so many idle vehicles sat around doing absolutely nothing for 90% of the time, create less "stuff" and then people rent usage of a vehicle for far less money and just for when they actually need it?
We can't just keep making stuff endlessly.
