I'd say each unique code can only be used once on any specific account. Create a new account using a different email address and it should then work for you.
I used that exact code before Christmas and it’s working for me now a second time

Just cancelled my Sports and Sports Extra there using the Can No Longer Afford It option and got a €10 a month for 6 Months for Sports Extra and €13.26 a month for 3 months for Sports

As far as I know you can only use this code if your current offer is due to expire within 30 days. Just keep an eye on this thread because there's new offers all the time.
