When you don't wear a mask you put other people at increased risk, you affect their rights. The same way if you don't wear a seatbelt in a car, you can turn into a human cannonball in an accident and kill other people - because you were too selfish, ignorant and self-centered not to wear a seatbelt.

The court cased you referenced is from Northern Ireland - Where you can get an "Exemption certificate" which allows you to do all the things that required a vaccine passport .
So , the only people that were excluded were those that CHOSE to exclude themselves by refusing to get vaccinated for no good reason.

Not at all, but how many of those you have listed have refused to receive a vaccine that then went on to take up hospital and ICU beds disproportional to their numbers by their choice ?
Those that choose not to avail of a vaccine were extra lucky that ICU`s were not overran due to others not "exercising their democratic right" and showing concern for others and the health service by availing of the vaccines, that doctors did not have to make choices as to who got a bed and who did not.
You bang on about democratic rights. If we voted tomorrow allowing mandatory vaccines, as quite a few countries already had in place before this pandemic, then do you still believe you have a democratic right to refuse or are we then off down the "my body integrity" rabbit hole ?
