Unfortunately this is common in a lot of new estates. In our estate it's mixed. Some houses have proper driveways which belong to owners while others have numbered allocated parking spaces which are leased for exclusive usage only.
The irony is that most of the house with driveways were cheaper as they were built in earlier phases of the development.
It looks like they run out of visitor parking spaces and therefore have only allocated one space per house instead of a driveway for 2 cars...
Parking spaces are part of your contract and legally enforceable, so no worries on this aspect. Make sure it is part of your contract.

when did the contracts were sent for 1st phase homes after paying the deposit amount?
When is the possession for 1st phase homes.
we have paid the booking deposit for second phase and we have been informed that contract will be available in one week. Possession of the property will be in August for 2nd phase homes but I doubt it.
Congratulations on your new house. Phase 1 contracts were delayed due to missing HTB registration and holidays. We booked in early November and got contracts in mid of December.
For move in, we were told Summer 2022.
I think Phase 2 contracts will be issued lot faster.
Hi.. can someone please share opinion lucan vs celbridge/Maynooth for schools and kids? Would it be possible to share which houses were released in the second phase? Also are Tandy’s plaza and Tandy’s House apartments complex within the same estate?
Got a house at Graydon. TL next phase is coming soon. Also have mercer vale at cherrywood. What to do.
Graydon - 3 Bed HOUSE, 400K, Sadly opposite school site and not a side terrace which I wanted.
TL - 3 Bed HOUSE, Perhaps at 440 or 450 K for next phase
Cheery Wood - Duplex, 3 Bed, 500K
