Start it again. Now I know who is who and what they're like, it makes more sense. Not alot, but more.
This is a steaming pile of dung
I don't think I could stick through a second series of this, no idea how I managed the first one. Talented cast wasted.
God that Anna needs a slap in the gob.
Why on earth would that be justified?
In light of what has happened in this country this week, this sort of response feels dangerously inappropriate.
I’m commenting on a tv show. I’m in no way being dangerously inappropriate.
Your comment implies an attitude where it is acceptable to hit a woman in the face. In what way is that appropriate?
Rather sexist to assume @Immortal Starlight is a man isn’t it?
It’s appropriate when the show is so dire ! Anyway would you not feel more at home in one of the virtue signalling threads ?
Where in my post did I assume gender?
This attitude is inappropriate regardless of gender.
Not one single person you could like in the whole family .
You can be as glib as you want. But this casual acceptance of women deserving violence for perceived mis-behaviour is dangerous in my book.
Why does Anna 'need a slap in the gob'?
The narrative at the moment is 100% about male on female violence. How else would it read if you’re quoting current events as why it’s inappropriate?
I'm finding it a tough watch, where are the characters with any redeeming features. It's really draining hating everyone of them
They should all be slapped in the puss !
We are speaking about a fictional character in a tv show. She does not exist in real life.
That young fella smoking the fag was gas, plains as day he wasn't inhaling.
Wonder what the ratings are like?
Its just brutal, I'll watch one more episode to see if it gets any better but I doubt it will.
I think Val's Volvo is my favourite character.
I found the last episode very hard to see. There was a lot of dark screen time.
I enjoy this show for the drama. No interaction is normal, without tension, agenda or double meaning. I think it's the girlfriend of the Denis' brother whose behind all the attacks. She's strangely pally towards Grace also and 'supporting' her coffee shop reopening, acting suspiciously in her job also re spending 50k without checking.
You must be wrong. Women never commit crimes in Ireland apparently.
Did you notice, in every drama now people smoke, was there an unwritten rule back in the day, that people especially “stars” and “role models” didn’t smoke on screen, now it’s all too prevalent.
Mother of God Annas sulky moany face is enough to turn cream sour !!
christ on a bike every time she comes on screen I just wanna puke
Did she just spike Elaines drink ? Jesus
Better episode tonight because that narcissistic cow Grace was absent.
Yes, Anna did.
I'd say Joe/lad from Normal People might be kaput!
That's what it looked like alright. And Elaine is a recovering alco too.
This year is fast shaping up to be better than last year.
The car crash at the end was very well done.
