BOI 365 Credit Card statements - Unable to copy+paste data from PDF statements

As part of my annual budget, I extract all my credit card data and import it to Excel for analysis. It used to be easily done using http://bankofireland.creditcardservicing.com, but that service has been discontinued unfortunately.

I am now trying to export statements to PDF and copy+paste data into Excel. Except that I'm unable to copy anything out of the BOI PDF statement. I understand that BOI can choose to copy protect PDF documents when exporting. Can you confirm if that's the case?

It's so unfortunate that I have to go through all this trouble to be able to use my own data!

Thanks for getting in touch with us here today.I'm afraid the facility to copy and paste from a statement PDF is not available on Banking 365 and would need to be manually input. I hope this helps.

Will this facility be brought back any time soon?

I don't see any reason why account holders are not easily able to use their own transaction history in a way they seem fit. Can you advise as to what the reasoning behind not letting them have this facility is?

That feature is not in the Credit Card part unfortunately. Its there for the normal accounts, but not the Credit Card.
