if the agent hadn't made that mistake and put in / declared the Serbia to Spain travel it would not have been a "not getting in" aspect to going to Australia

There was no way his entry to Australia wasn't going to be very controversial and highly scrutinised.
With that in mind, I simply don't believe that someone employed to manage his affairs simply forgot that he'd been in Spain that very week. It's not plausible. Like, the form could not be more clear about the penalties for incorrect information. No one could simply skim over it.
He's a bad person, a genuinely nasty man and I'm just glad he's getting his comeuppance. Fair play to the Aussies.

Thats true up to a point, I think opinions would have changed seeing him out and about days after claiming he was positive. And McGregor isn’t the popular figure he once was, he has thrown a lot of the popularity away with his behaviour.

if you actually think the fact that Djokovic had travelled from Serbia to Spain where he was practicing within 14 days of going to Australia is actually substantive (what does is do /show other than the error?) then that picture doesn't bear out from both those points above

In fact, if Djokovic himself had filled out the form, you might say "oh, he's a global superstar prepping for a big tournament, he's got a lot more important things on his mind".
But if the "mistake" was made by someone whose sole job it is to look after Djokovic's affairs so he can focus on tennis, then the possibility of an honest error becomes even less remote.
Either way, Djokovic must stand or fall on what was submitted to the authorities, regardless of who ticked the box. Unless we actually want to treat rich and famous people differently.
