Anyone know what is his medical exception?
There is no point arguing with us shure we can't see the truth. Only the mega brained super computer minded geniuses that have the mental capacity to question things but yet parrot everything they see on conspiracy nuts YouTube videos or Facebook pages can see the truth.
For a guy who is anti Vax, the timing of that covid infection is miraculous. How was he going to Australia without it?
And with having just had covid he has more and better antibodies than triple vaxed people.
It's a clear witch hunt with the blinkered vaccine mob piling on him.
It's happened. The thread has gone full sheeple.
Time to pack it off the CT.
He did. All the players did but funny enough Novak was one of the key ones moaning about not being able to go to the court to train. He complained that quarantine was like prison the way they wouldn't let you out of your room and couldn't grasp that was the point
"Imagine how much more simple life could have been if he didn't choose two little injections as the hill that his right wing views would have him die on."
Ya, how dare Djokovic have any personal beliefs? He should accept his fate and just choose to be one of the sheeple.
Just saw an interview with former Australian Foreign Minister, something he said, struck me. I saw some comments on here about the fact Novak played last year with no issues. What was not mentioned (perhaps I missed it) and I wasn't aware of it, Novak actually spent two weeks in quarantine before last year's open 🤔
Yeah I think so. People give a pass to their countrymen usually.
But apparently some Serbs dislike Djokovic the same way some Irish are fed up to the back teeth of McGregor.
Let's be honest if Novak was Irish people would be falling over themselves to support him like the Serbs are. Not saying all Irish would but M.Smith, S.Quinn, M.Lowrey, C.McGregor all had a serious amount of defenders from Ireland/relevant county despite falling foul of the rules/law.
Involving Farage is a disgrace though given his using of Serbs along with former eastern bloc countries for his scaremongering
I was goin to have a bet on Djokovic but price to short...
Funny thing this goin on at home regular and we hardly notice... it may be we want to up out game...
The family were politically naive to welcome Farage into their ranks since that turned it into a partisan thing in many people's minds, turning lots of mainstream Anglo liberals against them.
They lack the PR slickness of a Varadkar or a Morrison. Their rhetoric was tuned to other Serbians rather than an international audience.
Irish people especially prefer someone who can play upon their feelings by saying the right things and creating all the right emotional resonances regardless of anything else.
Would someone think of the children 😪
Here let me get my violin ....

there were mix-ups, errors etc on all sides (fed gov, state gov, tennis australia) - other leaked letters show the opposite viewpoint also - that letter was just the first leak
it was all a mess that started with the exemptions process and the granting - the others and Djokovic would have never come to Australia otherwise
it's also clear that there was a lot of politicking and ass-covering going on as the saga unfolded (like kicking out the czech lady "after")
Djokovic at fault here for sure but you also have to look at each issue of the chain of events
the gov told Tennis Australia back in Nov that having had covid in the last 6 mths was NOT basis for an exemption - twas their mistake - this came to their attention when Djokovic arrived - and so action was taken on previous - nothing wrong with that!
But Djok's situation is dire now.. with all the lies and regulations he broke both at home and abroad.. he's unreal!!!
yes.
wasn't a problem until "after", for um, some reason.
she got in absolutely fine to Australia on the same process, same exemption, same reason
as did 1 if not 2 other people also.
the actual judgement was made on procedure by the ABF - you're correct there
that doesn't mean the judge didn't comment on Djokovic following the exemptions process and the proof of same, on which the judge did.
"what more could this man have done" relates to that
Judge Anthony Kelly said that "what more" Djokovic could have done, stating that the tennis player had received the required medical exemption from COVID-19 vaccination before he travelled to Melbourne to participate in the Australian Open 2022.
The judge also said that Djokovic presented evidence of that when he landed on Wednesday.
When Djokovic's lawyers challenged the Australian government's decision to revoke his visa, the judge said, "The point that I am somewhat agitated about is what more could this man have done?"
read the article.. she since had her visa cancelled!
I wasn't that arsed to follow it in that much detail, but from a short newspaper report that I scanned through at the time, I took it that the judge overturned it based on the fact that he hadn't been given sufficient time to consult with whomever in order to appeal, before being removed from the hotel or wherever he was. I seem to recall that he was "lifted" at about 6:30am but that he should have been given until 8am to contact whomever he wanted to contact.
That article could have been incorrect. But that is what I took from it - that the processes they were supposed to afford him after cancelling it were not all ticked off fully.
It'd be a bit like if you worked in McDonalds and the manager caught you pi$sing in the milkshakes and fired you on the sport and you subsequently sued and won compensation because it was in your employment rules that you were to be given 72 hours to respond to any allegation.
.
This lady.
Same exemption, and same reason for exemption of "Recent Covid" which she also used a PCR test for (like Djokovic did).
She had already been allowed into Australia using the exemption and indeed had played a tennis match but after the Djokovic airport saga she was detained.
At least one person, a non-playing other official, and possibly one more.
Tennis Australia gave him the exemption - not the government.. ie he still wasn't eligible for a visa.. and also.. he lied on the form etc.. oh sorry.. "his agent" lol... what a pleb - he has nooooo shame
Only if they are rich and famous, then get all their "fanboys" to defend them.
Mad that so many are so keen to defend a anti vaxxer who manipulated legal documents to get into a country.
Imagine if every time someone lied they could say "it was an error" and that was accepted by everyone else. Just think about that for a minute. This thread is bonkers.
I wouldn't say they are loved by the majority. Their shameful railroading of one of their own citizens, Julian Assange, shows how craven they are.
133C(3) is a "ministerial discretion" law
if you want to read into that something you want to read into, so be it.
none of the commentary from legal experts was making a huge deal about the error / Lie or whatever you want to call it on the 14 day travel aspect
"The Australian government has cancelled Novak Djokovic's visa for a second time, with immigration minister Alex Hawke saying he "carefully considered" all information before arriving at the decision."
All information was considered.
Nobody is denying the 14 day travel error but that had no relevance to the area in question - the exemptions process.
This doesn't stack up. If travel history was irrelevant, why are they asking about it?!
And it's not like he forgot he went to Spain four years ago, he had been there a couple of days previously. That's quite an omission.
An exemption granted based on incorrect information is null and void - I really don't see the problem.
but it's not the actual reason that he's being denied entry.
the law 133c is an "at the ministers' discretion" law and in the government statement today no mention at all was made in relation to the 14 day error.
go have a look.
an error of omission then if you are being generous. it is still providing misleading information to obtain a visa which is a criminal offence in australia.
