Yeh I don't think you would just order 1 bottle or 1 slab tbh. Delivery is 14 quid regardless of the quantity of your order. If it gets through I will order 4 or 5 slabs next time around.
agree, some good stuff on there
€19 for Galahad! That's just embarrassing. I dont drink it but for the love of jaysus!!
Purchased 4 slabs at the weekend (2 5% Original and 2 Paderborner). My shipment is currently in France. Will know soon enough if it works out and I'll update here :D
Will be interesting to see the outcome of this, what's the legal situation regarding importing booze from the EU. Wonder will you be hit with duty on arrival.
Thanks for taking time to let us know!
I read through the legal bit, seems legit, very clever!!

This looks interesting. It might be worth a trip to West Cork 😁

Only slight concern would be the EU rule that they quote says thr booze must be for your own use and transported by yourself which isn't the case with the delivery.
Hopefully it works out as I'll throw an order in if a few people here get them through without any silly extra charges added.
Hi
Unfortunately this is just not correct. You must physically bring the alcohol into the country yourself. It cannot be delivered to you. I know this only too well as I had a case of wine seized by customs here. (Ordered from within the E.U.) Having said that , it could slip through , it's pure luck as to whether it's seized or not.
See below
If it works out, we should get group orders together to maximise on single orders and only pay €14 between the group. Max per order is:
In essence: the European Union guarantees you the right to purchase abroad and bring to your home country up to:
Let's see how yoyo gets on and take it from there. Fair play to you yoyo for being the first to take the leap!!
Didn't this issue come up some years ago with people thinking they could order ciggies?
You're rolling the dice.
If it was that easy we'd all be doing it for years.
You are liable for duty and tax.
This is the key bit:
For buyers: Make sure the vendor includes the excise duties of your Member State in the selling price.
So if boozy.eu, have done this and they arrange transport, from my reading of this you are good to go!
They are using EU rules to transport products across the EU, duty, VAT etc.. only has to be paid on one country. As EU citizens we can avail of a common market for goods,.think amazon.de, no double VAT when product arrives.
If boozy.eu have a way around the exise and transport element, seems ok to me. I could be wrong! I am going to send them an email tomorrow to clarify.
That looks to be the cheapest you will get beer anywhere in this country.
2 cent below MUP by my calculations.
The way I look at it is I purchased from a site which says customs will not be an issue. So I could reasonably assume the seller did their due diligence and registered the tax in the country it is being shipped to. I am not a legal or customs expert, so I would fully expect a full refund to my card (chargeback if needs be) if any unsolvable issues were to arise due to misinformation quoted on the vendors website.
I don't know if it matters or not but when I was making the purchase the seller quoted that you were using Multi-Purpose Vouchers against the purchase of the products. A unique voucher code is created during the order
I'd be inclined to agree with you.
Chargeback could be covered in this state.
This is doing the rounds on social media. Interesting if it's genuine.

review of mybooze.eu
mybooze.eu statement just before paymemt
" I am of legal age to purchase the items I have selected. I understand I am using this website exclusively to hire a delivery service for my product selection as well as acquire third-party issued, limited-network, multiple-purpose vouchers (MPV) redeemable at a local retailer in Germany. I agree that my desired product selection and acquired vouchers are forwarded to the mentioned retailer and authorize this website operator to intermediate any communication as well as collect my products once a local purchase has been materialized. I also agree to the terms of service and revocation terms as well as all further information provided on this website and will adhere to them unconditionally."
I noticed when I created an account the price of alcohol jumped up, still cheaper than here. I had 6 X bottles spirits (3 of which were 1 Lt bottles), 1lt absolut = €18.19
1 X 24 case of veltins = €31 (4.8%)
Total cost €152 (includes shipping of €18)
Shipping is done as a "box". In the box you can have 2 X 24 cases or 12 X spirit/wine bottles or a mix of 1 X 24 case and 6 X bottles .
If you go over this you have to buy another shipping box for €18 and so on..
Can't see post numbers on mobile
I hope they have enough plastic glasses in stock 🤣🤣
Fake pic surely. The bulmers are only 8 can packs.
I imagine that there could be some recycling going on 😁
It looks to me that it's 3*8 packs for the 47
Dont bother. Just a link to another website with the same story.
