Anyone know what is his medical exception?
Yeah, sure.
those hatemongers on the left with their.......*checks notes*.............desire to protect the weak in society from the selfish.....they're exactly the same as no, worse than those on the right that they hate who......*checks notes again*........walk around adorned in swastikas, want to electrocute trans people and make it illegal for gay folks to be together.
Yep, exactly the same. But at least they're honest, eh Barrita? They're good old fashioned, dyed in the wool, ordinary decent bullies, aren't they? I mean, expecting famous folk to be honest and set examples for their fans is equally as reprehensible as live-streaming yourself machine-gunning your way through a mosque, yeah?
Not sure Glasso , I would have to see the "sweater puppets" in the flesh to make a judgment either way. due process and all that.
I'm financially very right wing but I despise anti-vaxxers.
What have you to say about that?
As a matter of fact my view on things is that left wingers are all in favour of equal treatment in everything. They are more likely to criticise you if you believe that anti-vaxxers should be treated differently to the vaccinated.
I think you are on about right wing extremists? As opposed to traditional right and left. Conservative views about abortion immigration etc.
I respect your right to hold both beliefs concurrently. Thats your choice Eagle Eye.
I think the partisanising of all these issues is a mistake.
I don't remember there being anything specificially left-wing or right-wing about quarantine, lockdowns, vaccine absolutism etc. before recently. No one had ever heard of lockdowns for one thing. No one had heard of vaccine certs to get into restaurants so if that's "left-wing" it only became so about two seconds ago in political time.
There was a lot of left-wing criticism of Australia's border enforcement in the last few years, but like I said these issues are so specific I think trying to make them part of some sort of partisan divide is a little artificial. Individual people have their own opinions on these things and aren't controlled by some sort of party line or whip.
I'm not on about anything. You are.
You said they're as bad as, if not worse than, those that they hate.
They hate the muslim killers, the 'convert the gays' crowd, and the white-power-proud-boys who felt emboldenend to come slithering out from under their rocks and march through the streets with nazi flags, nazi tattoos and white hoods over their faces.
You are essentially asking people to show compassion towards those who have shown a flagrant disregard for the safety, health and well-being of huge swathes of the population. It is noticeable that you lambast those who won't show the anti-vaxxers any compassion, and yet refuse to chastise the anti-vaxxers for the same crime...i.e. not showing compassion.
You, sir, are talking out of your hole.
I did not say any of those things shifty. Nor did I condone any of the atrocities you have mentioned. Youre jumping in front of bullets im not firing chief.
Also, your Conservative views on strict adherence to tough immigration policies conveniently got fucked out the window when it was a prominent ratlicker who was refused entry. Funny that.
Which views on strict adherence? Have you got me mixed up with someone else?
I haven't posted in any political threads on this website.
Whats a ratlicker?
You did. You said
Covid has shone a light on the left.......They have exposed themselves to be just as or if not more nasty then the "right" they hate so much.
I'm on the left. I hate all those mentioned in my previous post. You said I'm just as bad as them. Your moral compass is in the gutter and your opinion is worthless.
Djockovic is not a migrant though. He's coming to play a two-week tournament then leaving.
The 16-18th December will be the fall of the Novak empire. Family ended press conference when asked about it. The journalists will have the scent of blood to go delving now.
What I said bares no resemblance to what you have attributed to me inferring. I equally abhor all of the things you outlined. On that we have common ground.
You know, The traditional conservative views on immigration, like you said in post #907. Do try to keep up.
Do you still think he will be charged with fraud and led away in handcuffs?
I suppose there will be booing if he plays but I'm not sure he's permanently disgraced.
A ratlicker is a slang term used to describe a person who knowingly spreads disease or advocates not taking precautions and puts innocent people in harms way for their own selfish reasons.
I.e. Anti-vaxers would be an example. If Djokovic is an anti-vaxer, he would be one too.
Djokovic has to adhere to the immigration policies of each country he visits, whether it's for a day or 10 years. Including Australia, which has notoriously strict policies for everyone, including tourists/visitors. Conservatives have long been touting those policies as the gold standard, something which should be admired and adopted everywhere, primarily because it keeps the brown folks out. Now that someone they like has fallen foul of those policies, they are literally out on the street protesting about it.
The hypocrisy knows no bounds.
I'm no judge but I imagine in the court of public opinion. He is guilty as charged.
So are you a conservative then since you didn't want Djockovic let in?
Like I said, these are a specific set of circumstances so no need to awkwardly partisanise them.
I'm pro choice on vaccines but making djokovic a poster boy for the cause, given the nonsense and pseudoscience he believes, is laughable. Nigel farage campaigning on his behalf makes it all the more hilarious.
Actually i think he'll be revered for his stance here in time to come.
Yep.
The press Conference was going well. Stating how they love the whole world and love Australia and what a stand up guy he is. A real love in.
When someone shouted the question re the 17th December, brother says this press conference is a joke and they all get up and leave..... Guilty as sin.
I suppose that we'll eventually find out more on that in the end surely?
If it was a case of either wanting to believe that
There are those who will go for option 1 and those who go for option 2 and that was already pre-decided
But, you see, it does bear resemblance.
Whether you meant it or not, your words are there for everyone to see. You said "the left are as bad as or worse than those they hate on the right". You didn't say "some on the left", nor did you qualify which parts of the right that you were talking about....you just made a blanket statement that is demonstrably ridiculous. You say you abhor those things, yet you're claiming that someone who thinks Djokovic shouldn't be out doing photo ops with kids are just as bad. That's literally what you said.
Do you reckon he'll be more popular than Bossman Tony?
There would be nothing sweeter than if Djokovic wins the Open. Can't wait to see the Covid fundamentalist Slavaphobe's blood boil when he does!
I mean people calling Djokovic arrogant really need to take a look at Scott Morrison and Barnaby Joyce
Standing up to those scumbags and taking them down inside hostile territory was epic
It's like "Rocky 4" without the snow
I saw an interview with Alexander Downer, and it was clear he thinks the immigration minister should now just revoke his visa and deport him. I would agree with that.
Tennis Australia were informed in Nov. that a positive test was not grounds for a quarrantine exemption, so they should never have told him otherwise. Not only does this prick not want to get vaccinated, he also doesn't want to quarrantine. I hope he's deported, in memory of the 65,000 actual Australian citizens who couldn't even get back into their own country for over a year.
Why wasn't he socially isolating though as per Serbian government guidelines (14 days).?
