Anyone know what is his medical exception?
The result was processed at that time. It proves absolutely nothing. It doesn’t prove that he was given the result immediately.
My housemate got Covid. Didn’t want to travel to get a HSE PCR so paid €120 to get it done privately locally. He knew the girl who did it, so she gave him a shout (off the record) to let him know he was positive and that the HSE would be in touch. Two days later the HSE contacted him with the result. So his positive result was in 2 days previous, but he wasn’t to know except for his friend.
It's also been comical 😉 his mother out yesterday complaining her little treasure wasn't getting breakfast, earlier Novak request for access to a private chef declined, Daddy comes across as a right wing nutcase, son imprisoned etc....
B has absolutely nothing to do with his entry to Australia. Make your mind up.
Anyone wanting a medical exemption had to have applied for one to Tennis Australia by December 10th so he shouldn't have received one as he missed the deadline. Also being double vaxxed is a requirement to get into the country and he has not met this requirement. Having had Covid previously is not a valid excuse to get around the double vaccine requirement.
Yeah although that's a tennis Australia deadline. I can see why they changed it for Novak.
And?
He got the test back the same day December 16th at 20:19/8:19 PM. People can translate it....
He was pictured at events on the 17th and 18th....
Keep moving those goal posts though...
I find his behaviour acceptable.
Whether it's scumbag behaviour is up to each commenters subjective tastes and standards.
Im keeping an eye out see if he is facing any sanction in Serbia for this indiscretion.
Vaccine passports are pretty useless when it's mostly vaccinated people spreading the virus now.
The vax passport is purely now a control mechanism and people are happy to bend over and take it.
Australia are nearing 100k cases a day when they were averaging about 1k cases per day for most of the pandemic until the last month.
The threads called Djokovic. B seems quite relevant. What's your thoughts on B?
people who have underlying conditions will be susceptible to anything. People are in hospital for heart surgery, cancer surgery, strokes and end up in ICU, many people have positive Covid tests in hospital. This would happen with the flu too, or pneumonia. Often people who are dying of cancer actually die from pneumonia in the end as their lungs stop functioning as they are immobile and fill up with fluid. They are very susceptible to whatever viruses are out there, so they will be susceptible to Covid as they are vulnerable.
Sadly this is part of life and we cannot protect the entire world from getting sick from something. Part of living means we will die, someday from something. There is no protection from that. The world cannot be shut down indefinitely and restrictions put on everything just because we are afraid of dying. The media and governments have done such a job on focussing on nothing but Covid for 2 years that it has come back to bite them. You aren't allowed die from anything else now as long as its not Covid. There is disproportionate fear in a huge amount of people......fear of dying...............which is something that could happen any of us at any time. Its called life.
So they don't see it as the big bogey man of "putting lives at risk" as you insinuated in your post.
As I said in a later post. If his behaviour is as transgressive as is your contention, I am awaiting his arrest/sanction/fine etc in Serbia for said offence.
Do you have something that proved it is mostly vaccinated people spreading the virus, obviously you are taking into account the much larger proportion of people who are vaccinated?
What about those taking up hospital beds? Which is probably the most important statistic imo.
Other reports have a 9:1 proportionally unvaccinated people in hospital beds versus vaccinated.
Not a pop at you, but a reply to the premise.
Give over ta ****. he won the court case, he won the tournament 9 times, everyone knows who he is. He is no jihadi or welfare scrounger.
His entry requirements are the same as every other tom dick and harry in the tournament.
Provided proof of immunity and won a court case. Anything beyond this is bitter semantics.
This is a a government taking their football and running home because they are losing.
But you said “The thread is about his admission to Australia”. What has hugging kids in Serbia got to do with entering Australia??
He got the result through as soon as they came off the printer? Source?
Because A and B are intertwined, B calls into question the validity of his covid results. So it is very relevant to him entering Australia.
The racism of low expectation. An Eastern European lab must be dodgy. What a pathetic fantasy.
How is it a fantasy? I refuse to believe one of my favourite tennis players got covid and the next day went out to indoor events with kids. I'd rather believe he faked his test.
Children aren't at risk
Clearly it's nothing to do with an eastern European lab you buffoon. If he was out and about on the 17th I reckon he paid for a fake test.
This is the main point. The boo boys couldn't get him on the immigration fiasco so they have pivoted to get him for an indiscretion in his native Serbia, which to me at this juncture appears to be something the Serbians don't give a fiddlers about.
Mary from Ballyhaunis is furious with Novak for an event which happened in Belgrade.
Imagine going on aSerbian message board and seeing Sergei1985 posting :
"the **** neck on that Phil Hogan going to that **** hotel"."he's a scumbag". 😁
Ya, 100k cases a day and in a country that has 90% of the population fully vaccinated. Novak isn't a danger to anyone there. They're more of a danger to him than vice versa. The general population is in such an uproar and yet capacity crowds are allowed attend the Australian Open. Even those in similar situations to Novak, those that have an exemption passes. But it's alright for them because they're limo drivers residents.
Entry requirements for getting into Australia don't allow for proof of immunity though. Tournament requirements mean nothing
It’s fantasy because you’ve made it up. The result wasn’t received by the lab until 8:20pm. He more than likely didn’t know the result until later the following day.
He also attended another event on the 18th....
Considering you are meant to isolate for 14 days in Serbia, seems incorrect to say they don't give a fiddlers
You don't need to be a genius to figure out that it's vaccinated people spreading it with the figures announced.
Vaccinated people still take up most of the beds.
What you're saying is, the vax passport is to protect hospital beds? If that's the case, shouldn't they be stopping ALL travel into Australia considering vaxxed people take up about 75% of covid beds?
According to NPHET’s December minutes, of the 1,272 Covid-19 cases (aged 12 and over) in November who were hospitalised and where vaccination status is known, 281 were unvaccinated (22%) and 956 were fully vaccinated (75%).
What about the event on the 18th?
What about it? What’s it got to do with his entry to Australia?
