That there was a suspiciously high incidence of cardiac type events of football players in 2021. Good thing then that FIFA have been keeping quite rigorous track of these types of cases since 2014. Before the pandemic, before the vaccines. Before such data could be influenced by political shennanigans and pharma companies.
It turns out that the year with the highest amount cardiac events was... 2018. There is no statistical increase since the vaccines. No cover up. Nothing. Except annecdotes from dubious sources.
However, because people are more sensitive to these things now (particularly by people who are actively searching for anything to back up wild claims) these cases are brought to our attention much more than they were and therefore there's a perception of something going on. But there's not.
Usually when there's no evidence that something specific caused a particular phenomenon, you move on and try to find something that there is evidence for. Debunking isn't a matter of solving a mystery, it's excluding a claim.

No, Australia should not take the word of his doctors. They have a proceedure of putting the evidence behind applications for exemption before a panel of medical experts for review. I'll bet that's what they did - if there was any such evidence, which we all know there wasn't.

Maybe that was the case in the past, but the latest rules for non-vaccinated travellers in the state of Victoria seem to state that you have to quarantine in a designated quarantine hotel. The "home quarantine" option seems to be only available for those between 12 and two months but under 18 and travelling alone or with a vaccinated companion, or adults with a medical exemption:

Being entitled to a belief doesn't really mean anything. It's such a low bar to set - to state that someone is allowed to carry a thought in their head - that it's almost entirely meaningless. Disagreeing with someone's belief, criticising their belief, stating that expression or propagation of that belief may have dangerous implications - all of those can be very valid actions that in no way inhibit the entitlement to have a belief.
There is, however a real danger in the mistaken belief that all opinions are equal. They are not. There are factual statements and false statements, and they are not of equivalent worth. There are beliefs based on evidence and proof, and there are beliefs not based on such, and they are not of equivalent worth. There are beliefs that if acted upon can cause harm to others, and there are others that will not, and they are not of equivalent worth.
If we were to just decide that anything that anyone thinks is of equal worth, it would make all beliefs equally worthless. Believing that the earth is an ellipsoid is worth more than believing that it is flat. Anyone is entitled to believe that it's flat, but it would be disastrous for them to be involved in say the mathematics of launching a satellite, because their calculations would be totally wrong. Now, maybe it would seem that outside of some specialist professions, it doesn't really matter if you believe the earth is flat or not - but it does. We all stand upon a body of knowledge, and the method by which we gain that knowledge - by the gathering and analysis of fact, and by differentiating between fact and fallacy - is integral to all our success. If we undermine the very nature of knowledge by deciding that all beliefs are of equal value, we risk losing the lot.
Don't confuse the entitlement to belief with the value of the beliefs themselves. And no one should ever be afraid to call out beliefs that don't stand up to scrutiny. Our entire progress as a species is based upon it.

If there were droves of professionals dying on their feet because of the vaccines, then there'd be a giant list of them that every anti-vaxer would be furiously masturbating over every time it was updated as they scream "SEEEEEE! I've clicked into a random sampling of these and not one of them mention complications arising from the vaccines. Not one. I'd be interested if you could provide one that I can use.
