Airlines are supposed to check the visas are valid and have supporting documents . I worked for a airline before as check in agent it's our job to do all the checks. Since he has a private plane he would've had to have everything confirmed before taking the jet. He wouldn't have been allowed to fly if not. The government have revoked his visa mid flight only using the story that his team made the mistake.
nonsense. they don't have the ability to check all aspects of the visa. that he went on a private plane means even less checks, not more. his visa wasn't cancelled mid-flight. they determined after he landed that he didn't meet the requirements for the visa he had.

Something is not adding up that he was allowed to fly on a wrong visa. More checks before would be done to make sure he met those requirements if flying privately. Reportedly all of the unvaccinated exemptions were granted the same visas but only he is the one having issues. The government are using him as a scapegoat it's very clear to see .

Also, you don't need to be a criminal to be turned away at immigration if your documentation is not exactly as it is expected to be.
The fact that Jovak has been so public about his opposition to vaccinations mean that if they let him through and it turned out later that his documentation was invalid, and if there was a breakout of covid at the tennis tournament, those immigration officials could be scapegoated and they could lose their jobs.

If his doctor gave him an exemption then that should be the end of it, I think it's wrong for the Australian government to be prying into his medical records '' give us proof!!!'' make no sense. What it looks like they're saying is '' your doctor is a whack'' when in fact Novak has a top top Doctor. You should never question something official from a Doctor, it should never be questioned.
