Emily In Paris comes from Darren Star and tells the story of American girl Emily Cooper played by Lily Collins who moves to Paris to work for a big marketing firm. As well as trying to win over her new colleagues as she starts fresh in a new country, she also tries to make friends and navigate new romances. It is available on Netflix from Friday 2nd October.

I only started watching this last week and was surprised at how much I enjoyed it. I just needed something simple and distracting without anything too deep and this hit the spot. I'm only a couple of eps into series two but enjoying it so far. I do not enjoy Emily's fashion most of the time however 😂

Oh god her appalling fashion choices in season 2!! Much preferred the first season for storylines. Rolling my eyes through season 2!! But it's lovely to see Paris looking beautiful!

Emily in Paris is a lovely distraction. I love Paris as a tourist and have worked with quite a few French, so maybe it his a special place in my heart.

I finished the second series last night, it was enjoyable if predictable stuff. Did not love the scenes with Madeline towards the end but I think she was intentionally the brash American :)
