I got the deluxe cookies today and the cranberry juice. Biscuits hadn’t been in for ages and today was my last day. Got caramel biscuit bars or alphabet spaghetti today on scratch card

Yeah I've won 2 cookies as well and none in 2 lidls on multiple days. It's happening more lately so maybe its a supply chain issue but it's a pity they don't just do the 50c or €1 off anymore. At least that couldn't be out of stock!
I got €1 off the other day.
There should be an alternative offered if the item isn't available.

I redeemed one on Dec 30th so I definitely got mine more recently than you. I shopped in Lidl on the 23rd and on Xmas Eve prior to that so it had to have come from one of those shops. I got the free 6 pack of crisps around then too, I just don't know in what order I got them. If I had to guess I'd say the €1 was from Xmas Eve.
Jeez really seeing how empty lidls shelves are at the moment. It's rather dire. Today there was no chicken, turkey, yoghurts or bread at all.
Offers have been crap too for a while.
Hate giving my money to the rip off dunnes but at least they actually have stock.
I would say staff shortages because of Covid doesn't help either

The Dunnes in Rathmines had literally nothing on the shelves yesterday evening. No sliced pans whatsoever, no chicken, no mince meat . Literally no veg or fruit. There were only 2 tills open too.
Exactly the same in my local Dunnes yesterday evening.
Got a free cranberry juice in the app. It said that the normal price was 89c. I picked up 89c cranberry juice which was under a Lidl Plus sign. I did not get it for free. I complained and they told me that I took the sugar free rather than the normal version. Grrrrrr. Nowhere in the app did it clearly say that the sugar free version was excluded. Does anyone else think this is misleading?
On the treat screen there was a product number for the cranberry juice, the sugar free version has a different number. Always check that the product numbers match.
Have got caught so many times that now I go into the app and check the product code just to make sure, even at that you can be sure someone will have picked up the wrong version and put it back on the shelf so you get caught anyways.
As someone else said it would be better if they just have the 50c or €1 off instead.

The app has been a bit disappointing of late. No artic bars in stock locally for ages so had to get cranberry juice. No butter biscuits or protein bars in stock either so have 2 coupons for this combo that will expire without being claimed. Went to get the Veggie sausages that are reduced on the app today and they are out of stock also. Its really hit and miss
It's not Lidl's fault. There are supply issues across their range and staff shortages across the supply chain. Tbh, I wouldn't mind if they suspended/stopped the promo at this stage, given the valued checkout staff are getting constant mild torment about it from customers
If you got it on the 16th but didn't the scratch it till the 23rd you would have had it available to use till the 30th which would explain how you had it that late
Sometimes these items on offer might be placed elsewhere in the store. I searched for the butter biscuits until I gave up but found them on my way out through the cash queue and got them then. I also found another item at the end of an aisle instead of the shelf where they normally are found. It might be like hunt the thimble!!
The picture was the regular one but I think the text just said cranberry juice. With all the app updates they keep making, you'd think one of them would have made it possible to zoom in on the pictures.
Yeah, the text just said "cranberry juice". They should either of included both sugar and non sugar or stated clearly in the text that non sugar was excluded.
Yeah, unfortunately this is deliberate dishonesty, no two ways about it, they hope people won't notice and just buy them. I was caught out this week with the cranberry juice too and almost with the butter cookies. Both were stacked up on the shelves, no label/price/product code cards at all on show. Luckily the person at the checkout copped the cookies and told me they weren't the ones on offer. There was a pile of cookies and cran juice on the packing shelves beyond the checkouts...
