Bogies at 12 O'Clock.
For the night that's in it
(over Ireland now, I think)
Season's greetings to all
Wowsers
Suggests it's a lot more serious than first thought

Can the police helicopter/guards be tracked ?? It’s hovering above locally.
I know the coast guard can be.
A private jet on its way from
dubai -Dublin shortly
Any ideas on this?
Istanbul-Shannon-USA.

I just came on here as I was out for a walk and heard it flying over. It diverted from Maastricht to Shannon.
I wouldn't rely on FR24 in relation to its destination. Flightaware shows THY6319 as having consistently operated IST-SNN-ATL for the past three months. https://flightaware.com/live/flight/THY6319/history
Yeah FR24 is basically just guessing when it comes to cargo and non-scheduled flights. I think in the US they have access to flight plan data so could be more accurate there.
Thats a regular visitor anyway, doesn’t stop in Shannon every day, but most days.
Yes, it appears to be. Seemingly Pilot Flying and her 3 colleagues (ULR flight) have been dismissed. Obviously 2 had no hand or part in take off. Seemingly they all should have spotted an "alt window" setting? ( based on reports and pprune.org). Though have heard elsewhere from friends/family in the airline "Maybe they should have looked out the window"
In any event seemingly flew 175 feet over Deira ( a heavily populated area) at nearly 300 knots. Could have very been serious.
Qantas going waaaaaay down south for a look around

I’d love to see it but also thinking of the pointless emissions looking down on Antarctica which is undergoing such massive ice loss right now.
Hi,just saw this on flight aware heading for Shannon,is it a real flight or a hoax?
Just seen the coast guard helicopter hover over lambay island for about 30mins but nothing on flight tracker
It's real.
Some flight for something that size.
I'm looking at the photos of the aircraft and asking how and why?Fair play to Digger Doug's crop dusting service😀
Aircraft have to get delivered from one continent to another. These machines can take a lot of fuel when ferrying and that enables them to make the crossing. https://flic.kr/p/2mUZjCM
EI-DVM (Aer Lingus retro) is squawking the 7's over Liverpool. Currently flying BHX-DUB and looks to be diverting
Looks like Manchester
Indeed it was. Reports on social media saying it was smoke or fumes in the cockpit
And she's off again. Lovely sound.
Been following the lad in the Airtractor. Seems to be following the same route as one i followed back in Lockdown 1 , malta today, egypt the next day and then i lost them after that as coverage got patchy....
Leaving Malta now.
.
Heading down alongside the Suez gulf now after 8 hours in the air.
ya different route than the one from last year, the one last year buzzed the pyramids on the way into Cairo.
It's probably on the shannon spotters facebook where its going, there was another one earlier last year which ended up down in spain
A flight just flew over Sth. Tipp fairly low. It stood out because I couldn't hear it and its path seemed a bit odd. I found it on Flight Radar. It had a flight number of 0000000 from Addis Ababa to Shannon. No other details though.
