Can someone tell me how much the new builds range from in the city. I think i saw in an article that the cheapest 3 bed starts at 330k. Can anyone confirm this. Seems very expensive
Least you won't have to cut the grass in the front gardens! Pass by you'll get what I mean.
Silver lining n all that.
that price is fcuking ridiculous, and its classed as 'affordable', wtf!
That 30k help to buy is nothing but a gimmick. All its done is drive prices. Typical Ireland. There is a fiddle in everything
yup, we re stuck in this cycle, lets keep fueling markets with more money, what could possibly go wrong! theres gonna be mayhem over the next ge!
From the couple of photos I've seen the interior looks quite nice but the exterior...absolutely ghastly. All these news builds are absolute eyesores.
The price is obviously a joke either way. Scandalous.
Looking at the site, they seem proud to have windows and doors supplied by Munster Joinery. There's a warning if ever I saw one.
I received the below prices from Frisby in June 20, pretty sure they havent changed

Imagine paying that money for a house next to a halting site with no front garden, you’d get a lovely house in a nice quite area around the city with a front and back garden and a real fire!
developments such as are truly for the desperate, and they ll flock in their droves.....
Thanks for that. Are there cheaper new builds in the city?
Cheaper, doubt it.
Below are the newest developments I can see on Daft, you would need to contact the developers for the prices:
Nearly crashed the car when I seen what you're referencing the other day. Horses were in their element!
Reminds me of that song from years ago "F*** your Honda Civic there's a horse outside"
Nice to see that ‘moronic commentary’ is well alive……!!
Thanks Einstein, be sure to invite you round I'd say your some craic, happy new year, maybe wish for a sense of humour for 2022.
You be are very wel-cum…….happy y2k+XX…….!
Ormonde living on the six cross roads also
With the traveller kids calling to your front door each day looking for money.
Front gardens are going out of fashion as development rules require higher densities plus higher land prices. Does anyone know what kind of ventilation system the houses have? I wonder how their heat pumps work? Heat pumps tend to have a love hate relationship.
Some are built over three floors. Three floor level housing is nice and efficient but can be more noisy when fully occupied as the narrow shape accentuates sounds.
Yeah…..1000’s of traveller children in the vicinity alright……..moronic comment of day award😡
Why does it need to 1000s?
I dunno how many live in st Catherine's Grange but I doubt it's 1000s yet a friend living in Grange manor sees plenty of them at his door looking for money 🤷🏻♂️
People wonder why Waterford City has the lowest average property prices in the whole country.

Fake news! Move on
Tell that to Regina.
Currently in a new development just under 5 years. So far so good with the heat pump. very easy to manage your electricity with the smart thermostats. Someone mentioned above that there aren't any real fires in new builds. Not the builders fault, that's the new regulations unfortunately.
