I guess no Stephens' Day Ken & Wilson podcast?
It's usually the day after Stephens day talking about the games isn't it?
ah maybe so, think I took Ken up wrong when he was saying he hadn't actually asked Wilson yet about a Stephen's Day football podcast - makes sense he would've meant it being about Stephen's Day, rather than on Stephen's Day.
They said it'll be Monday. Just unsure if it'll be with Jonathan Wilson or not. (I assume it will).
I could listen to Ken winding up Jonathan Wilson for hours.
Same. One of their best contributors. Makes me listen to soccer chats...
Ken and JW talking about the process of writing a novel was unexpectedly interesting
Rory Smith is superb. Great insight and articulates very well
I was listening in car a little while ago, was going to post to comment that he's excellent.
Ooh, I did enjoy Murph and Mal. Wasn't going to listen, cos I'm not huge on sports films, but that was great. Especially the Get Back bit.
Enjoyed it too, was going to skip it but found it engaging. I like Malachy Clerkin, always comes across well when he's on
He is the man, in fairness.
Enjoyed the show today. I'm a meat eating former abattoir worker.
Enjoyed it too, nice change of pace from the soccer or rugby talk
Turned off Monday's episode, was sick of all the Lukaku talk from the weekend
Was expecting it to be a skip but the contributor was a nice easy listen. Enjoyed it.
As am I. The thing about the abattoir, is when you're in it, it feels almost normal or 'meh'. But describing it to someone, it sounds horrific.
Am I losing my mind or is there occasionally the sound of someone inhaling smoke and tapping during the Caitlyn Thompson interview today?
Ken had to replace the steaks with something! :p
I was wondering that too. I think it came from Caitlin's end.
I could hear what I thought were kitchen noises in the background. Assume it was somebody else on her end...
Is Ken off the smokes and going vegan?
Could be an explosive combo....
No meat in cigarettes so he is probably back on them!
Very funny listening to them return to Raphael V. Ken on Monday.
Any one know why (or am I wrong) that very occasional S.C. guest Lars Silvestren (Norwegian) has an Irish accent? I've noticed it a few times now over on Football Weekly. He sounds like a cross between Barry Glendenning and Dion Fanning.
I think his missus is Irish....mentioned on Football Weekly at some stage
She's from Killarney he said.
Possibly divisive:
I for one would be delighted if this came back for a bit.
No way! I was just thinking about it yesterday.
I'd 100% love a new Isolating pod for definite.
Seconds Captains tweeted it starts on Jan 10.
