A lot of hunts are getting it difficult to get insurance, I think the Ormond have called off theirs today because of insurance and that's a great social event even for the non riders. Insurance was mentioned on IFJ this week too in david lalors interview too

Put down a hard enough day here today with the Lego. Might have to have a little word in Santa's ear to cut back on the Lego next year. I felt like I was back in tech support with the calls for help from different corners of the house all day. Great times to look back on in years to come.
Saw a number of black rabbits in the grounds of Howth Castle (Deer Park Hotel) years ago.
We have them on sand dunes near my place in North Mayo, for some reason that habitat has them more than others according to what I;ve read.

Would ye have any suggestions on a good pair of wellies for the spring? I have Dunlops and they are going into their 3rd spring. I had muck masters before them, they were comfortable but I found them too heavy on the feet. Heard good reports about Ariat wellies, if any of ye wear them ?

Got the vomiting bug a few weeks ago. Immodium, dioralyte and diet 7 up. Was so sick. 24 hours constant vomiting. 2 days to recover. Totally floored me . I never take to the bed but this was terrible
Got that vomiting bug Xmas eve 2018. I'll take Covid any day thanks. Worst 3 days I ever put down.
