Egg counts aren't it's main job no, but it'll be used for that too. Bit of a bonus as I'd always wanted to do it. You'd spend far less on a microscope for doing fec's.
Bought my scope for assessing biology, what's missing in soil, what there's too many of, and to assess the biology in compost I'll make to remedy those imbalances.
Class.
Even more interesting.
It is tbh, amazing what goes on down there, and the benefits it can bring to a farm.
Just back from the local, checked my tab 9 pints to be fixed up for tomorrow as card not accepted after 730pm due to new regulations. Grand well run operation we were told no drink after 11pm and we were all happy with that. Gave a few of us a chance to chat about an elderly gent who passed away recently who lived a wonderful life it was therapy for us in itself, if i live half as an adverse life as he did ill be happy out.
One of the local pubs here closed at 5 yesterday evening. Covid cases among staff members. Alot of the younger locals would drink there
Did you ever get any deciduous wood chip after? Might know where there's a bit of Ash being used for bedding cattle 😉....
I got the Moderna booster yesterday. I feel like I have the flu since about 6pm yesterday. Doing the work on the farm today was tough going. This is my 3rd Moderna. the first 2 had no adverse effect.

I postponed mine until next Monday couldn't be dealing with Moderna over Christmas. The first and second run of it really knocked me out. Nurofen is the only job for it.
Got mine Wednesday, 2 Pfizer first, then Moderna, still feel like sh1t tonight which is a huge upgrade. I should have put it off.
The booster effects I had were a 36 hour thing from when I got jabbed. Was feeling nearly 100% this morning.
Around lunchtime then the kid started getting sick and hasn't stopped since. Mrs at it now too since 5 or so. Merry Christmas vomiting bug. You bastard.
Got that vomiting bug Xmas eve 2018. I'll take Covid any day thanks. Worst 3 days I ever put down.
Got the vomiting bug a few weeks ago. Immodium, dioralyte and diet 7 up. Was so sick. 24 hours constant vomiting. 2 days to recover. Totally floored me . I never take to the bed but this was terrible
We started the morning off with my daughter arriving into my bedroom saying “oh oh” with half the handle of the toilet in her hand 🤣🚽💩
Especially as the tip is viral on whatssapp at the moment, I've had it sent to me three times already, I could've done with it twenty years ago alright
Tell her you passed it and act like you're really looking forward to the dinner, but casually mention how sad you are because you cant taste a thing for some reason today and wont be able to enjoy the turkey...
JVe seen people online adding coke cola to it to get a positive line.
A +ive pregnancy test could be worse. Happy Christmas, keep us posted JJ on how it works out.
Was checking the cattle this morning and saw a black rabbit in a field. Anyone see a black rabbit in the wild before? It wasn't an Angus
Yeah, used to see em at home years ago. Those and marmalade one…
Was told before it’s from inbreeding, so it’s a sign that you have a lot of rabbits…
Had them around here for a time when a pet buck got out with the locals.
I see one regularly on the lane of a farm I visit. He's a bit camera shy though.
Hardly an escaped one
Would ye have any suggestions on a good pair of wellies for the spring? I have Dunlops and they are going into their 3rd spring. I had muck masters before them, they were comfortable but I found them too heavy on the feet. Heard good reports about Ariat wellies, if any of ye wear them ?
Wish you'd said earlier, one of herselfs lot just came In and announced she's a close contact 😐
If the dunlops made 3 years they might be a good spin again
Bought bekina as a change from Dunlop, lasted 6 weeks
You must be treating them like the phone 😄, mine last a good while
We have them on sand dunes near my place in North Mayo, for some reason that habitat has them more than others according to what I;ve read.
