My two local Tescos had plenty of the nitrosurgers in stock for €20 two weeks ago and all out of stock this week. I believe they have been sighted in some Supervalu stores

Got 24 cans of canadian for 15 euro in Dunnes last night great value!
Instead of baileys look out for own brands generally called country cream etc in aldi-tesco and always priced around 6/7 euro,the same thing i find.

They are not always the same though. Some of the cheaper brands use wine instead of whiskey. Personally I'd rather spend the €3 or €4 extra on a bottle of Bailey's when it's on special offer.
