Check your receipt. I think the Bud offer is limited to one per customer. €20 outside the offer, so not bad.
Also, you will need different sims for the different accounts.
I've a previously purchased box of 20 and when I scan the barcode with the Tesco app it's coming back with a price of €12 so this is the price it will be at the till. I don't believe Tesco have different pricing on these per branch (Express stores perhaps an exception).
any carling slabs any where in 500ml cans
Lidl Shankill, jemmy 18€ and bush mills €23.rip off Left it there 🤣
In Tesco earlier, Jameson Crested (one of my personal favs), generally reduced to €25, was priced at €23 on shelf. Took last bottle, scanned at €20 at till. Great price for a really solid whiskey.
On special in centra 24 for €20,saw them an hour ago(grabbed a €15 budx24 bottles by the way)good luck👍🍺
Ooops😳,can't pigging delete😡
perlenbacher is €4.99 for 6 x 500ml bottles in Lidl.
Lidl Crafty brewing Christmas box is €14.99 now. Captain Cooks is up in price to €12.99 (tried 2 stores) might as well get Morgan's at that price.
Also didn't see any guinness slabs, but did see a €20 sign for them.
A good idea for a thread would be a separate thread for people to post pictures of their stock piles of drink before the MUP comes in.
Could send a link to the thread to Tony Houlihan on Twitter 😀
Lidl in Tallaght opposite the stadium have Bushmills for €15 if anyone's looking for it.
Lots of their own brand gin for €6.88, white rum for €7.48 & vodka for €8ish. Haven't tried any of them but if you're mixing them with minerals then how bad could they be?
Let us leave that, and go looking for the last few bargains. See below.
Not just Bushmills in Lidl but Jameson is also €15 - listed as €18 less special offer -€3. Happy days.
A 700ml bottle of rum for 7.48? Wtf. This is in Lidl right?
Haven't seen any this Christmas. Only the 440ml in tesco, 18 cans for 15
Just got them in Tesco Nutgrove. They are advertised on the shelf at €12. Also picked up a bottle of baileys for €10.
Moet 30 euro in Tesco, picked up a box of 6 as a decent price.
Yeah, Lidl. Apparently it's "From Overseas" 🤣
”From overseas” 🤣
Sure enough it was still €18 just now in shankill, approached a manager who said they'd checked them this morning and yes they were 18, he scanned it for me and it's now 15, and I even got €1 off from the app. It's gonna taste sooooooo good 😀
Is there a peak discount period over Christmas and New Years?
Look for slabs of Heineken. Best I can see is Dunnes at €20. Is this as good as I'm likely to get?
Slabs are starting to run out now, Heineken/Coors are thin on the ground in Dunnes. Guinness running very low too.
MUP means this December is like no other!
Tonight in Lidl
Jameson = 15
Bushmills = 15
Smirnoff = 15
Own-brand vodka = 8
Castlegy own-brand gin = 7
Pity the Lidls are so hit and miss, I don't think the overseas rums will be discounted in my local.
The second "VIP offer" on the app has been revealed. Half price Santa Rita Cabernet Sauvignon or Soave Classico (white). Price TBC. Max of 6 per customer.
For those with the Lidl App, their VIP offer from tomorrow is 50% off Santa Rita Cabernet Sauvignon or Soave Wine.
Max 6 per customer.
Those 538ml cans of Guinness, slab of 24 for 18€ in tesco liffey valley. That’s a savage price
5.99 for the Santa Rita and 2.99 for the Soave.
Can any of our resident sommeliers advise if either of these are any use?
I wouldnt be rolling them out trying to impress anyone at christmas dinner or as a present ... drinkable plonk, grand for parties or when you just want a glass with dinner.
The santa rita is the #1 selling branded red wine in Ireland iirc so it must have its fans.
