I have sat and passed 6 at this stage and imo Courtney is the harshest market of them all... you literally need to regurgitate his exam reports or you run the risk of failing company. 20% would suggest to me that part of your script was missing? did you do it online? an average of 4 marks a question seems quite low assuming you had the right topics.
I did my exam online, and I am 100% sure I did 5 questions and felt confident that I had answered them well. Much better than 20% anyways! Going to get them rechecked anyways and hope for the best.

Has anyone been able to apply for a recheck yet? When I go to submit application and pay nothing comes up for me on screen to enter card details etc.
If I use anything but the Samsung internet on my phone, they're not there.

I got my results last night but still don't get my results showing when I access via google chrome.
Not sure if this will help you but when I access via microsoft edge, I don't log in to the results page directly (when I do that it doesn't work). I go to the law society home page, log in from the top, then click the "public" tab, click "Become a Solicitor" and then click on "Results" from the left side options.
This may be very obvious and sorry if you have already tried this and it doesn't help but I had no idea and kept just trying to access the results log in page directly and was getting no where.
is a 35% in company worth rechecking? definitely thought i did better in it and my application for the hybrid depends on my results too
40% in company for the second time and it’s my last one 🙄 If anyone has up to date sample answers they can share I would be very grateful

Sorry to hear about your Company - i got 33 because i messed up and misread two questions so it probably isn't worth the recheck for me...

I got 70 in company. I've got a few sample answers if you want to pm me your email. I can also send you my script for the exam (though it doesn't have the marks for each question)

Have finally passed my last 3 exams and wanted to say thanks to everyone on this thread. The advice and guidance has been invaluable! More importantly, for anyone who hasn't passed, just keep going! These exams knocked the stuffing out of me and it took me more times than I'm willing to admit to get through them, but the relief of finally having them out of your gruaige is worth it! Hi All, I have my scripts from this sitting in EU, Criminal and Constitutional (all passed), they don't have the marks as I just downloaded them when the link was available a few weeks back but I'm happy to share. I also have my previous Company script (passed March 2021) and Equity script (passed November 2020), unfortunately I never requested my tort, property and contract. I'm happy to share the ones I have with anyone that sends me a DM. Everyone here was so helpful to me during these exams and now that I'm out the other side, if there's anything I can send on I'm more than happy to help :)
No idea - I think they are avoiding putting it out because they haven't decided whether to have exams in person/online. I emailed about 2 weeks ago and they said that they hadn't decided about online/in person at that stage.
