Has anyone found that the marks for this Constitutional Law sitting seem to be extremely low? I have only spoke to two people who seemed to have passed the exam, the pass percentage of people seems to be very low.
This was my last FE1 and I got 44, in people's experience, would marks tend to go up by at least 6 marks? I am just considering a remark as I have passed the other 7 FE1s and if it may potentially increase by 6 it is worth it. Any advice or help at all would be greatly appreciated!

i think there's no harm if you can afford the re-check. I went from 44 to a pass in a recheck for Company but that's a very different examiner. If it is our last exam i would defo give it a shot.

Managed to get mine through the phone-instead-of-computer tip some of you guys suggested, thanks for sharing it! am really disappointed with mine, could anyone recommend someone (for hire) who is good for going back over FE1 papers and advising on where you went wrong etc?

I got 50 on Constitutional and I kind of expected I’d be cutting it close if I did pass. To say I’m relieved is an understatement.
This was my last FE1 too so I really feel for you with this one. If I were you I would definitely go for the recheck, I’ve heard of people jumping 6 marks before and it seems to have been graded very low generally so I’m sure plenty will be rechecking it. Best of luck and I hope it goes your way!
I came up from 21 to 45 in company in a recheck before (I believe some of my answers may have been originally missing but still happened!!).
This was my third time sitting company and I managed a pass with 52. I'm happy to share my paper with you to compare? DM me if that's helpful!
Obviously it won't have what marks I got for each Q as it was downloaded a number of weeks ago, but you might see for yourself?
I had no luck getting bumped to a pass in the rechecks last time but I've definitely seen quite a few people on here saying that they got over the line via recheck when their initial result was as close as high-40s.
I had similar but 45% and applied for the recheck and it worked I got 50%
Honestly I have no idea how I failed. I looked at the examiner reports for same questions that came up previously and can’t see any discrepancies.

I also sat company and misread two questions completely so I’m not sure il chance a recheck for within the 30s

Where did you see that? They are so incompetent it’s a joke.
I emailed them asking if my result was a mistake haha and says it in the automatic reply.
Just got my results and am really disappointed, got 20% in company and 45% in equity. I don't understand how I went so wrong, especially with company which was one of my stronger subjects in college. Are they worth getting rechecked?

It's so funny (not in the literal sense) that they said they would update us on the results and then just didn't?
We then all had to figure it out for ourselves, if we didn't have boards, many of us (including myself) wouldn't have even know that we could have accessed them.
