    There's few things more irritating than an indignant South Dublin NIMBY (or in this case NIMGY). Having a look at the area on Google maps it would seem that, presuming the proposed cyclepath is along Deansgrange road, would be to widen the footpath, strictly enforce the parking along the double yellow lines outside the graveyard (that'll get more shackles up I'd say!) and have a combined walkway/cycle lane alongside the road segregated by some poles from the actual roadway. Mind you that may be not where the proposed cycleway is due to run since there's graves just inside the wall there in places?
