College Manor and college heights were/probably are largely student houses. That end of town was mainly studenty in fairness, other side of town had a few rougher areas.
Very cool. What an awesome place. It’s so bright. I be seriously interested if I had the cash and worked in London but only needed to be in the office a day or two a week
Planning permission was granted at the start of 2018 so it's unlikely considering the Covid delays in between, that it was ever sold/lived in.

Might be this guy who applied for planning permission
or this lad

We'll never know 🙂 but for me, there's more of a soccer vibe off the decor than a QS vibe.
That is absolutely fantastic, so well done. Not sure I would live in it but I'd love to visit!
Michael Jacksons gaf?
No, (the 1.5m house). I like quirky and unusual but I couldn't live with in a fairground. There is one reception room/kitchen/diner. Can you imagine trying to have a conversation with someone with people bowling in the background? Or trying to peacefully listen to music or watch tv? There appears to be a tiny bit of garden alongside the road and enclosed within that ugly fence, and presumably the only parking is in that area. I know St Leonards is posh, but just not worth it to me.
not too far away is this place. The pod business looks interesting to say the least
Love this.
Crucafix aside I love it 😂
That fairground house was on here about 2 years ago, nearly sure it was under a million as well

I'm not sure if it's been listed before but this is an old house that actually looks very comfortable and liveable. Expensive but it'll suit someone I'm sure.
House that size and the fuckers didnt even put in a full size snooker table.
OMG 😍😍
It's nice but the cost of maintenance of the gardens and pool would be mad but if you can afford a 8 mil+ house that would be small change for you.
Habitable....ish 15th century castle can be yours for less than half a mil. Disappointed with the pictures provided, would love to see more of it.

I feel freezing just looking at them pictures. It could be fabulous though.
Wow, surprised OPW haven’t CPOd this place.
That was my first thought - very romantic but perishing cold. Be ok as a summer house for letting or such.
Loads of information about the history, but no evidence of a bathroom (medieval toilets aren't exactly attached to a septic tank!) or a kitchen. You'd have great fun hauling up and down medieval stone stairways with anything resembling furniture!
Great place to bury any spare cash you have.
Most of it would be pi$$ing out the window in heating bills methinks...
This boarded up beauty was almost certainly owned by a gangland criminal given that decor. You'd be a brave man...
Take the cross down from over the bed and its ready to move into.
David Byrne I believe, shot at the regency.
Family all live around there!
His brother Liam according to the below article. Also, was once valued at over a million? A semi detached in Crumlin? wtf!
Wonder if "Troy" is on the straight and narrow?
Agree re freezing. But the damp too. I see at least one dehumidifier in there
Also, that tiling job of the sill for the window slit - wtf?
Oh I remember this from before. The photo in the kitchen especially with the clutter on the kitchen island, the sweeping brush and the refuse sack.
I think I would pass, on that one, for various reasons 😂
What's the story with the shower in pic 12? Looks like a right step up to get into it or is that like the side of a bath that you step over? Looks odd.
Probably because of expensive insulation used behind the drywall......
Plus, if memory serves me right, there's a fair scatter of his family living on the same road.
