Reading between the lines with Horner on Sky earlier he was eluding to having to do something different to compete with Mercedes on this track - and this seemed to be the general consensus on what they were most likely to do.
Presume it depends on who gets pole now, if the Mercs get pole then the softs will be a waste surely.

Lewis will have more grip on the softs at the end of the race but Max will have the mediums but the car will be on a lighter fuel load by that stage. Not sure which I'd prefer
max is provisional pole as it stands. Lewis looked to be fighting the car.

It was a great strategy it seems - Sky saying Max then towed Perez on the following lap.

Have RB played this last race super slyly? This had changed the dynamic of the race totally. If Max gets pole and Perez stays 3rd, Perez could play a massive role in the race

Wasn't expecting that, all on the line tomorrow. This is fantastic, to go into the final race of the season with the two championship rivals level on points starting on the front row together
