Haven't seen a thread on this. Exceptional value for one of the best TV's you can buy. These were retailing €2k+ when released. Now €1299 in Black Friday sales. Think Power City and Currys doing similar prices. Have the 2020 LG GX 77" in living room and its a beast. Got this 2021 C1 55" for bedroom.
55" in the Bedroom!😲
77" in the living room! 😮
The living room is medium sized but the GX wall mounts flush so doesnt look too big for the room. We sit about 4m from it.
Bedroom is big, bad design really as space is wasted - about 2-3m from end of bed to wall. The current 40 inch TV is too small from that distance.
900 for the A1 too. Some difference to what I paid for an OLED about 5 or 6 years ago
Same price in Power City and DID if they are closer, just check the warranty duration between the different retailers:

Any pic of 77" in action on wall for perspective, impressive. Only last week I realised OLEDs were now available in sizes other than 55" and 65", LG and Sony do them as large as 83" but a hefty price tag of €6,099 for the LG
This is a great price I got a Cx 48 inch for 1450 just this march,
Great to see OLEDS coming down in price as once you have one its very hard to go back.
Yeah this is a good deal, got the same TV (55 inch) for 1449 a couple of months ago (I knew I should have waited)
Richer sounds €1299 with 6 year warranty

€699 for the LG A1 48" in Currys.
I don't think these were ever 1900 euro though...
Where you seeing that? showing €899 for me
In-store deal.
Have been monitoring the price on this TV also and it seems to be the same price everywhere.
Will put up in a bit when home just out and about at the moment
Pic from about 3 meters
Very nice. I like the symmetry also.
Wish your daughter a happy 18th from all of us 😁
from 3 meters an 88 inch would be great and some led backlighting 😉
Is that the sonos. arc premium? Bought the 65 two weeks ago and I’m really disappointed with the sound quality on it. Was looking at the arc just today as a solution.
Yes Sonos Arc and have two Sonos Ones as surround. Bought the Arc the same day as the GX. Big hole in bank balance. The missus knows it was expensive just not “how” expensive.
Is this in all stores?
Was it for today only?
In the Carlow store. Unsure how long the offer is valid for.
Thats a great deal. That model is a 60Hz TV though, i think all of LG's other models are 120Hz
That's a excellent price. Just checked Currys in Waterford and it's 899
If ordered from richer sounds, is customs owed??
Separate question, If you order from England and deliver to north Ireland, is customs owed then?
What makes the title TV 500 notes better than this?
Was going to just buy the above but then seen this. Usually just trust the folk in here but paid 1.2k for 55" LG for the front room this time last year. Fine TV but think i'd like to try the Ambilight for the extension.
Seems a good price for a 55" OLED. Soundstore are selling it for the same price also. The Philips also has Android TV which imo is alot better than LG's WebOS. Android TV has way more apps available too and the interface is much easier to use imo.
No customs on products from NI, part of Good Friday Agreement.
Richer Sounds is in Belfast.
The Richersounds 6 year warranty includes parts and labour. Superb cover!
Lg only includes parts. Sony has both.
Powercity Site show Labor and Parts for LG as well - May be a store offer or a typo?
