Jesus it looks bleak at The Sportsground
Fair play to Connacht for playing some nice rugby in these conditions
Rhys Webb’s fake tan is running.
Conditions getting even worse if possible.
Kicking the ball is a complete lottery here.
After a great start we concede a very cheap try. A hack on from deep inside the Ospreys half. Completely out of nowhere and against the run of play.
As soon as the ospreys get the ball in their half they should be looking for the 50/22.
maybe carthy will show hows its done in the second half, with that wind some players could kick from their own 22 and make it.
Wtf
Hansen and Bolton for Ireland!!!
Wow. Great try
Connacht against the wind in the first half.
They definitely aren’t. Exact same pack that choked out Munster just before the international break.
Plenty of references to "sportsground weather" in the offing!
They’ve started the season 4-1 I don’t think they are As bad as you make out
Weather could make a bit of a lottery of this.
Papali'i named at 8 on Samoa team
Ospreys are pretty poor! Connacht should win this
Very windy tomorrow with fresh to strong and gusty northwest winds, increasing strong to near gale force later with gales around the coast. Frequent blustery showers and a few bright or sunny spells through the day, some of the showers will turn to sleet later, with snow possible on high ground. Highest temperatures early in the day of 5 to 8 degrees, but it will get colder through the afternoon.

Any thoughts on that selection?
McNulty and Bolton should have fulfiled their promises during late period, good to see
That's a very dangerous looking back 3. Hopefully the weather is dry.
Its very likely they were planning on starting Prendergast but he failed a fitness test later in the week.
Yep, three starts at 6 thus far.
I’m sure he’s lined out at 6 a few times before
Interesting too see carty captain with butler starting!

Prendegasr for Oliver the only one wrong from bib theory
From reading it it seems it’s not just time but needs approval too, that suggests they don’t just be letting people switch unless there is a case made. Cant see many actually happening just a few PI players and some others occasionally
Sorry lads ya it was from the Clan page I saw it and posted here then.
On a separate note, would we be in danger of losing a few lads with this new World Rugby ruling with changing country. How long since Marmion or Carty played? Could potentially play for Wales and the US? Probably a few others.
Is the Barbarians classified as a test though? I thought it wasn't, so Papali'i wouldn't be tied to Samoa after playing the Barbarians I'd have thought?
