No, it's a lottery after 8am. I refreshed and rejoined the queue around 7:58 and only had 15k ahead.
I joined the queue at 7:50 and had 57K ahead of me when it opened.

Was 77,000 in the queue, was taking too long and I tried a different tablet and got tickets in 2 minutes.
It's worth not a **** joining that que before 8am. Once it hits 8am you have to rejoin it and then hope for the best

Joined Q at 7.30am and had 110,000 ahead of me. My wife joined Q at 8am and only 10,000 ahead of her.
Q system makes absolutely no sense. Still manages to get tickets for cusack stand for Saturday, standing was all gone

Dosent work like that, the capacity doesn't increase because if standing tickets. The capacity is capped at the full seating allocation for safety reasons.

I was able to hit Search Again a couple of times until I got pretty central in the Hogan Stand, so don't be afraid to search for something better.
Had a mini heart attack when I opened the seating plan to check where my first tickets offered were, and then pressed the X to close it. Took me back to the homepage, but I was able to rejoin the queue and it remembered I was already in previously, thankfully.
